Dead? Dream au

A day with blobs: Part 1

Dream stopped, he felt a tear well up in his eye, but he wiped it away. That was the past, he may never see his friends again, but he was satisfied with it. After all, they. Betrayed. Him. Noone but Bad visited! Sapnap threatened him when he did, and didn't deserve to hear his voice! And George!... George didn't visit at all...

Dream the began kicking things, attacking the magic trees that grew near him or swiping at the bushes. He eventually picked up a sturdy stick and continued with it, he didn't have a weapon on him so it would have to do. After awhile, Dream realized he had been crying, suddenly he broke down into tears. He dropped the stick we was using and fell to the floor. "No one cared! No one at all!" He was screaming at this point, banging his hand on the ground while crying non-stop... Suddenly, Dream heard a meep. He looked up and behind him, to see some of his blobs there. Bloom went up and rubbed their head against his chin. "Dad sad?" Bloom asked, worried. Dream and the other blobs froze up, but soon Dream snapped out of it and spoke, taking Bloom in his hands. "Yeah... yeah, but don't worry, because everything's okay now. And you wanna know why?" Dream said in a soothing voice. "Why?" Bloom eventually asked. "Because I'm home with all of... you!" Dream said, taking one hand to tickle Bloom, who started laughing while telling him to stop, which he did after a bit. Dream wiped his tears, before calming the other blobs down. Dream then got up, and went to visit his blobs and see what they did throughout their days.

He first arrived at where Herb was, and he was seen milking a normal cow, before moving onto a mooshroom. None of the animals you could see here were any different then the animals you found out there, except one. They have mooshrooms where it's the brown shrooms instead of the red and white ones. They were still mooshrooms, but their milk tasted different, so they were put separately from the other mooshrooms. Dream doesn't actually remember where he found them, he just knows he found the last batch of their kind, as the red mooshrooms took over. Even so, you can see the remnant of the Brown Mooshrooms whenever you go to Mooshroom Islands, or Fields. You see red Mooshrooms, as well as huge mushrooms as well. There are red ones, signifying the mooshrooms that reside there, but there are also brown ones, that signify the extinct brown mooshrooms, or almost extinct. Dream is quite glad he saved them, but doesn't send the brown mooshrooms out to the world, otherwise he'd be found out.

Dream walked up to Herb, greeting the blob as he did so. "Hello Herb, how has everything been while I was gone? Flowing smoothly?" Dream asked, rubbing Herb's head slightly under his hat. Herb made a noise of enjoyment at the pet, but spoke. "Hello Dream, the farm has been going wonderfully!" He said with pride, before floating around to continue his work while he talked to Dream. He pointed out his favorite mooshroom, and how a few more sheep had been born from his favorite sheep. A pink sheep was Herb's favorite animal in the farm, while his second favorite was one of the Brown mooshrooms that was quite dramatic. Dream laughed at some things Herbs said, and asked questions as well. Dream noticed a music box near said brown mooshroom and asked about it. "Ugh! Note and Red played a disk, non stop, for three days! They followed me around and played it wherever I was, and the worst part? Turns out Muddie likes the song!" Herb meeped back, sighing. Muddie being the brown mooshroom if you couldn't guess. Dream giggled,  and went over, petting Muddie, before they moved on. "Anyways, the farm has grown a bit, I tried not to grow it too much, so we just have a stockpile of seeds and vegetables and such. Oh! And our apple stock has skyrocketed! Long story, but basically, Nicky challenged Venny to... something, but Ther wasn't having any of it, so Ther decided on picking apples instead. First, Sprinter joined in, thinking he could win with his extra speed, and it went from there. Soon, everyone had joined in, and that's how we have way more apples than people should reasonably have." Herb explained, his permanent smile widening a bit at the story as he went to the plant part of the farm. The farm looked quite amazing, and Dream expressed how proud he was, rubbing Herb's head again, as Herb beamed at Dream.

The two talked a bit more, but then Dream moved on. He had many more blobs to visit. Next, Dream almost ran into Nicky, as their face was in one of their books, floating quickly by, most likely pacing. "Hello Nicky!" Dream greeted, startling Nicky out of their trance. It took then a second to collect themselves, but when they did, they faced Dream with a smile, and meeped a greeting to him. "Hello ffffffffffeather!" Nicky said, trying to save themselves from embarrassment. Dream smiled, having a giggle fit. "*Ahem*. Hello Nicky! How have you been since I've been gone?" Nicky's eyes seemingly sparkled. They went on a ramble about the books they had read, written, and about some ideas they had. They talked and talked, time going by fast. Even so, Dream stayed by him, and listened closely. Dream giggled at a few parts, and smiled widely at the explanations Nicky gave. Eventually, however, Dream started to drift off, as he could only listen so long.

Eventually, Dream cut in. "I'm sorry Nicky, but I have others to see, it's already been 3 hours, almost 4. How about we continue this conversation another time. And maybe you can show me a few of your new writings!" Dream said, and Nicky perked up a bit at showing Dream her books, even if she was a little embarrassed. She meeked back an agreement, and pointed him in the direction of Sprinter.

Heyo guys! This is almost 2000 words long, and I haven't published in this book in awhile, so I decided to split this into different parts. Ps, part of the reason I hadn't made as much progress here as I would've liked is because I've been pretty sick these past few days, but I've almost recovered! Either way, hope you enjoyed!
