"Xingqiu~" I called out. His gaze left the book he was currently reading and he placed it unto me.

"Hey. How are you feeling?" He asked worriedly. I smiled at him as I sat down next to the chair he was sitting on.

"I'm feeling good! It's all thanks to the medicine you gave me." I told him, he shook his head and returned his eyes to the book once more.

"No, that's only temporary. I'm still working on perfecting it." He said, clearly not satisfied with the medicine he had given me.

"I'm sorry Xing. You're doing a lot for me."

"If this is perfected, then it's going to open pathways for new research ideas." He said, acting as if he's doing it for the good of everyone. However, I felt a pang of pain come across my heart. Deep down, I knew he's doing it because of me and Chongyun. I've only known Xingqiu for five years yet he's doing whatever he can to help me. He sighed as he realized I was staring at him.

"It's not a big deal, Hailey. Don't think much about it. Just remember to not over exert your body with your magic." He says once more. I nodded at him.

"So~ Where's Chongyun?" I asked, changing the topic as I looked over the grassy fields of Liyue. We were in the outskirts of Liyue Harbor in our usual place.

"He went to Wuwang Hill. He said he needed to check something out. He should be making his way here by now."

As he continued to read his book, I noticed something in the distance. A butterfly? But it didn't look like a normal butterfly.

Without thinking, I started to walk towards it. It's a bit of a distance but I really wanted to look at it. However before I was even halfway through, I heard Xingqiu calling out for me.

"Ley! Come back here! Chongyun's here!" I heard him shout. I stared at the butterfly for a few seconds before returning.

"Where were you headed?" Xingqiu questioned as I got near them again. I scratched the back of my head and gave out a smile.

"Uhh well I saw something in the distance. I just wanted to check it out." I replied and I heard him sigh.

"Chongyunnnn~ how's your trip to Wuwang Hill?" I asked as I turned to him, his expression changed a bit, showing off a hint of annoyance.

"I wasn't able to see any ghost, what's even more unfortunate is that Hu Tao was there, telling me to leave." He said with a faint hint of annoyance. I sighed.

"Now, now, I'm sure Hu Tao meant no harm. Let's take our time to understand Hu Tao. She's probably got it tough." Chongyun was about to say something, but then he decided not to and sighed.
