One winter night google slid across an icy pond, when he bumped into an old friend of his. Firefox. Gazing into each other's eyes on this cold night they sat there wondering what to say. Firefox managed to peep out some words while shivering from the sight of Google.

"G-google, it's been so long, how are you? Oh gee!  How long haven't we spoken to each other?? You've become successful now..."

Google sat there, frozen just by the sight of Firefox! The wind was blown right out of him! He mumbled,

"I- well uhm..it has been a long time, hasn't it? How have you been..?"

Google was in pure bewilderment.

"I'm actually doing well right now, thanks for asking! You've changed so much over the years!"

Said Firefox in amazement. She was still shivering from the cold and brittle wind, but Firefox always found a way to warm things up. Google, shivering as well, was deep in thought just gazing at her. It's been 2 years since they talked and even more since they actually saw one another. He was dragged out of his mind when he heard,

"Google I....I honestly thought we'd never talk again..."

Google started,

"Firefox- I'm so sorry..I just got really busy with very little time to talk. It's been hard to contact friends and they just keep drifting away.."

He started to show the guilt on his face.

"Google, it's okay, I understand! Things have been tough for a lot of us these past years. I've even lost contact with Safari. They've been busy handling with Twitter putting viruses all over the town...Haha"

Firefox's face turns tinted red from the cold harsh wind.

"Hey Google, do you think we could take this to the café over there?"

"Oh yeah, sorry, of course!"

Google said sliding back over to a patch of snow to change his skates to boots, as did Firefox. They shuffled to the warmly lit café in the now moon lit area. Google and Firefox put their ice skates near the door. As they both walked into the the café they were greeted with a warm aroma of vanilla pumpkin spice.

"Ooo it smells really nice in here!"

Firefox says cheerfully.

"Wow, it really does."

Google says with a form of a smile.

"What would you like? I can pay for it...you know....a little gift for not speaking to you in all these years?"

He says insistently.

"Google. I told you It's not your fault, and I can pay for my own drink. Just get the what you'd like, okay?"

Firefox said in much confidence. They both proceeded to order what they pleased and had some time to chit-chat before the drinks came.

"Firefox I'm truly sorry. I can't believe it's been years since I've talked to any of you. YEARS, Firefox. And I know you're going to say something like 'Google don't worry about it! just do what you can now!' But it does worry me- It really does. I wonder how you're actually okay with all of this. I left everyone....you, behind."

Google rambled. Firefox was slightly shocked by what he said.

"Well, it's always good to forgive you know. Even though you kept me awake at night, it's nice to know you haven't forgotten about us."

She said with a shy smile. The waitress came by and stated,

"Excuse me, but both of your orders are ready."

Both thanked the waitress and grabbed their drinks. As they were walking to their seats, Google finally had the confidence to speak to Firefox,

"Firefox, of course I would never forget about you guys! You guys matter way too much to me...I...I really couldn't be here today without you guys."

But he didn't shoot his shot. It wasn't time yet.

"ah-"

Firefox was out of words.
