It's one of those nights again.

Jeongyeon turned side to side on her bed for the past three hours but to no avail. She tried doing a breathing exercise which was taught by her counselor but still no luck. She even tried counting the sheep up to 129 until she lost her concentration.

Her last resort was to take one of her sleeping meds but nothing seemed to work – sleep hadn't visited her.

Jeongyeon thought of going to Jihyo's room but she knew her best friend was tired from her Cosmopolitan photo shoot.

For sure, Jihyo would gladly open her door and accommodate Jeongyeon with open arms but Jeongyeon wanted her best friend to rest more than to worry about her sleepless night.

She thought of Mina.

Surely, Mina wouldn't mind if Jeongyeon would crash again inside her bedroom but the last time she did that, the two of them weren't able to fall asleep.

If there's one member that understood what Jeongyeon was experiencing the most, it would be Mina. Since she experienced the same in the past.

They talked all night long about their shared experience, about their fear, about their panic attacks, about their anxiety, about their health condition in general.

It's not that Jeongyeon didn't want to talk about those again tonight, she felt nice and comfortable every time she and Mina would open up with each other but tonight wasn't the right time.

Jeongyeon just wanted to fall asleep since she planned on working overtime tomorrow practicing their dance for their new Japanese single.

Jeongyeon thought about going home.

There's no doubt she'd fall asleep in the safety of their home but it would take her an hour to get home and another hour to get back to the dorm where they would be picked up by their managers in the morning.

She'd be losing two hours of sleep aside from the time she needed to spend with her family and the time to prepare herself before going back to the dorm.

Thus, going home wasn't the best option.

Jeongyeon thought of her best choice – Nayeon.

Going to NaMoSa's dorm would only take her five minutes.

Nayeon would probably scold her for coming at this late hour and would probably close the door in front of her face for ruining her beauty rest.

More so, Nayeon would most likely blame Jeongyeon for not choosing her as one of her dorm mates when the company let them pick each member and Nayeon was willingly volunteering herself.

Nayeon even volunteered to be Jeongyeon's roommate to which Jeongyeon eagerly declined.

It's not that Jeongyeon didn't want to be with Nayeon.

For God's sake, Jeongyeon had been in love with her best friend for a long time now and she would gladly spend the rest of her life with Nayeon but Jeongyeon knew getting romantically involved with her member and best friend would not benefit the two of them and their members' careers.

And besides, Jeongyeon's not even sure if Nayeon's really serious every time she would confess to Jeongyeon.

And so, even most of the time Nayeon would shower her feelings and sweetness toward Jeongyeon and they would banter like an old married couple, Jeongyeon would fight her feelings back and would show the opposite toward Nayeon.

This had been her practice for a long time now, shoving Nayeon with her all might. But sometimes, her emotions would slip. She'd return the sweetness or initiate it.
