Diner

Ada arrived at the diner as she flattened her curly hair making sure she looked good . Suddenly a car made its way into the  car park and out stepped Albert . Ada waved awkwardly at him and he strode towards her . " Hello Ada " Albert said bowing . Ada took his hand and he led her inside the diner . " This is rather lovely , I never get eat " Ada blurted out looking around the place mesmerised . " You never eat ?" Asked Albert a look of concern on his face . " No not really . I only get to eat on Tuesdays and Fridays . My mums is abusive and my dad is dead ." Ada was still looking round the room . " That's horrible I'm sorry . Do you have any siblings?" Albert questioned . " Yes I have a sister named Victoria. She hates me though . She's also the favourite child . She gets fed " Ada stopped talking and looked Albert in the eyes . " Please don't tell anyone . My mother would kill me " she said seriously. " I won't tell a soul " Albert said his hand on his heart .

At that moment a waiter came over to take their order . " Hello what can I get for you ?" He asked politely. "I'll take a sloppy Joe please what about you Ada ?" Albert nodded in Adas direction. " Please can I ha-" she was suddenly cut off by the Waiter . " Women should be at home doing house work instead of coming out to eat . A house doesn't clean itself now does it . You should be married by now young lady I'm sure you'll find a man easily with your pretty face " . " Excuse me I don't think I need a man to tell me what I can and can't do . A woman works all day while men sit on their arse's and do nothing ! Why don't you do the house work for once ! Why can't women have a rest !" Ada shouted as she retaliated . Albert laughed . " Now I would like sushi and a Jungle bird cocktail please " Ada said finally calming down . The man frantically wrote her order down and disappeared.

After they had eaten Albert took Ada for a stroll. It started pouring with rain . " This is amazing I've never had so much fun in my life thank you Albert " said Ada thankfully. They danced in the rain until it was time for Ada to go home . " You promise you will come here again for me ?" Ada asked . " Of coarse I will !" Promised Albert handing Ada his jacket . She ran upstairs grabbed her radio and put her favourite song on . I wanna dance with somebody by Whitney Houston . Ada put Albert's jacket on and jammed until she flopped on her bed and fell asleep. She couldn't believe how much fun she had .
