If you've never read Shakespeare's  Cask of Amontillado you might not understand this poem 100%. It's a great read and I highly recommend it.

It's okay I guess
Moving round and round
You're underappreciate
You're often down
But you're in a good place
At least this time around

The circle of life
It passes us by
You watch it swirl
And have to question why

Some days you're on top
Others, you're below
You sink down
You sink down like The Cask of Amontillado

Like the jester being led to the grave
You fool yourself
You lay complacent
Complacent and unworthy to save

But save yourself you must
We all die someday
But today we alter our stay

Hope is all we have
We strive to give more
We can all change the world
Just open the door

Break down the brick wall
Don't let it keep you tight
Don't close your eyes
Never say goodnight

After all, when you're gone
The world keeps spinning on and on
History moves forward
It never waits
It stay forever great

Theres a jester in you
Keep moving on
Keep writing your story
For long after your gone
A story they will tell
The story of your life
They will know it well
That funny story, they'll tell

Your life will have meaning
To those that you touch
Your life is important
To someone you mean so much

And so I leave you
With my words on a screen
I leave you a jester
Someone you've seen

You look in the mirror
Your jaw set
Your shoulders back
You can change the world
It's as simple as that
