Nina's POV
I came running towards y/n and saw she was bleeding out her mouth the side effects weren't that bad but lady noah who is our local doctor and care taker of young ones with in cloud recesses she has said to me that it might get bad if she worked up until I heard wei say

Noah's POV
I was peacefully getting all the baby's ready for there nap until I heard a lot of commotion from outside I went out side a got a face full of Nina crying saying y/n is going to die I imidiaitly gone to y/n rescue
(Noah and Nina is made up characters and just my oc's Noah is a doctor but also a caretaker of young cloud recesses now I'm not saying there are children at cloud recesses but this is just for imagination Noah is a caretaker of up to 12 year olds )
