Personality: ( Despite being a genuinely good person he believes there's a distinct line between heroes and villains, if you aren't a hero or a good person you're a villain/bad person. It makes his job of defending civilians and beating up villains that much easier for him, so he doesn't like to connect emotionally with his work and private life. Leo won't usually question orders or if someone asks him to do something as he's very gullible, but thankfully he is able to think on his feet which is why he hasn't gotten any serious injuries apart from the one time. The man is very anxious behind his calm and caring facade and overthinks things; which doesn't help his separation anxiety at all. He's a perfectionist along with that because of the way he grew up and his father being an 'elite' who couldn't take mediocre results. )

Likes: ( Despite loving flowers, he is allergic to them along with cats which makes him constantly stuffy if he is near them but since people know he likes them so much usually his presents are something along those lines. But he hasn't told anyone about this, the only one that knows is his doctor since he was diagnosed with it at 15, his father couldn't care less about it so he doesn't butt into what Leo's medicinal status is unless it's a serious injury. He loves cute and small things but also overly muscular people, when he works out at the gym the reason he keeps going is because of the fitness trainer who is... his type to say the least. )
Dislikes: ( His father and mother have always rubbed him the wrong way. While his dad is a perfectionist and strives to make Leo the perfect son and hero, his mother is so compassionate towards everyone it makes him feel frustrated as she's always walked over. But at the same time he can't make himself hate her completely, and feels like he's a terrible person for even thinking of hating her, he just hates the frustration he feels for her. Something her husband doesn't even care about is what she's feeling, he considers her only useful as a 'baby making machine'. )

Backstory: ( His Father and Mother were apart of an arranged marriage and although his mother's power wasn't strong it was very rare, as it held some healing abilities along with it being similar to ice; just less harsh. Since his mother was very poor they didn't have a choice as her fathers business was bought and they threatened to fire them and make it so they didn't have a chance at get any work. So, she agreed to marry him and even loved him shockingly enough despite the neglect he gave her. He didn't even let Leo visit the mother who lived in a separate house, they tried to have more kids but they soon found out she had complications with fertility and it was a miracle she even gave birth to Leo. Later down the line during his 2nd year of middle school, they went on a trip but when they were at the resort they were attacked by super villains who aimed at Leo so they could get money for his safety from his dad, unluckily enough he was still put up a good enough fight where he stalled enough so heroes could save him but ended up with wounds that couldn't even be repaired with nerve damage surgery. His idol, Volt, saved him despite being only 5 years apart in age; which started his unrequited love of the man. He ended up catching the males attention with his tenacity and will to fight to protect others, so Viktor took him under his wing and even sponsored him to get into the number 1 school, along with offering to sign him under his agency once he graduated. )
•Scenarios•
Scenario 1: Perfect timing. You had just went on a vacation after working your ass off with work/school. When some criminal came about and ended up snatching a bunch of people that looked very similar to you.. they seemed to be targeting a certain group of civilians for whatever reason. They tied the people up and placed you all on a rooftop on a large building, taunting as they yelled up towards the sky, you were all knocked out until a long time passed. When you opened your eyes you found the villains holding a remote and next to it.. a bomb?! This seemed to keep the heroes at bay for the time being, they wanted something in return for what they were doing.. but if they would honor their end of the bargain was another issue altogether. After what seemed like an hour you heard some yelling in your head, the voice very low yet sweet as it told you to duck yourself as close to the ground as possible, moments later everyone did the same thing as you.. though all seemed equally confused about the voice. It went by in a flash, large ice pieces formed simultaneously in a streamline mountain and froze around the criminal to keep him chained. Someone with a gas mask was hanging on to a famous hero, volt, who zapped the control to make it malfunction before floating down to land on the roof gracefully; the hand that was on the ice hero's waist let go. The blonde came running over before bending in front of you, working as fast as he could at untying the ropes, but you just wondered why he didn't use his ice or something to freeze it. Until the familiar voice spoke. "I don't wanna risk hurting you.. bear with me." You could tell he had a kind smile behind his mask, the ropes finally loosened, and he helped you stand up gently while holding your hand. "You alright?"
