•Background info•
Strengths:( His powers revolve around ice and telepathy, making him ideal for being either in a team or for solo works and contacting people quickly without so much as uttering a word. He can make the transmission work two ways, or he can make it so only he is the one able to say something if they won't stop talking. Leo is a very charming person and holds tight on to his ideals of what a hero should be but of course at this point he doesn't mind the cameras that come with being a hero. He doesn't mind speaking up for others, and won't stand still if someone is in trouble, and is very good at masking his anger with a smile no matter the situation and never shows someone when he's upset. His ice powers can omit from anywhere on his body but if he gets too cold he eventually can't feel anything in his body, and will struggle to move. He's very agile and quick on his feet and even if his ice can be bigger than buildings if he wants it to he tends to avoid confrontation unless it's absolutely necessary. )
Weaknesses: ( Although Leo doesn't have trouble speaking up for others, he has trouble stating his likes and dislikes and aims to constantly please everyone that he can. Due to his powers, his body is constantly cold even during summer so he will usually be seen in warm outfits, a scarf and jacket is not unusual for him to wear. He has terrible spending habits and does things spur of the moment without thinking about the consequences of repercussions of the action, and since he is always downplaying his feelings along with keeping his frustrations and anger in; he draws a line between himself and others so that he doesn't lash out. Leo is constantly mentally drained unless he is sitting by himself with a good book or animal to keep him company, despite others thinking he is very extroverted and loves being around people. Due to a severe injury he still has limited mobility in his left side, in his hand and leg from separate wound inflictions. There's still large scars on them of slash marks. )
