Douma smiled one more time before going to the shoji door (like an idiot 😒).

'Oh no.. He's gonna escape! Why did Snowflake had to save me?', Shinobu thought as she was still fighting the ice doll.

(Kiyomi: 😃.. Well you're welcome for saving you and not let your siblings along with your fans miss you so bad! 😩)

Just as Douma was about to open the door, he immediately fell down and held his neck, which suddenly turned red.

The dolls stopped and started fading away, confusing and surprising all the people in the room, well, except for one person.

"Breath of Winter, Ninth form: Into The Unknown"

A certain girl appeared behind Douma as she watched him suffer.

"S-snowflake?!", Shinobu called out in shock.

"Hehe, sorry for worrying you guys, I was waiting for the right time..", Kiyomi glared at Douma for the last time before sheepishly smiling at the people who were worried for her. They smiled in relief as their eyes were a bit teary.

They also noticed that Kiyomi's eye had a glowing snowflake mark around it.

Douma tried to stand up after the pain on his neck slowed down, but fell again when the pain came back, but more painful.

"Oh darling, you can't stop the pain, can you? Heh, you'll feel like you're suffocating in an unknown place with no exit.", Kiyomi smiled as she faced the slayers.

"Now who wants to finish this guy?", Kiyomi asked. The slayers got what she meant and they immediately charged towards the suffering demon while Kiyomi just smiled.

"Insect Breathing: Dance of the Dragonfly: Compound Eye Hexagon", Shinobu went first and stabbed Douma a lot, which made him suffer more.

Kanao dashed next and aimed her sword to his neck.

Inosuke went last and he clashed his swords onto Kanao's, making her sword completely cutting Douma's neck off.

As Douma's head fell off, he started to slowly fade away and his vision went blank.

"Oh... Did you finally die? Good. Now I can finally rest in peace.", Douma opened his eyes and saw a familiar girl with two butterfly hairpins.

"You're Shinobu, right? Or Kanae?", Douma asked.

"Oh, that's alright. You don't have to remember my little sister or me. You make me sick, so don't say my name.", Kanae smiled.

"I almost got your sister, but that snow girl interuppted me and even defeated me.", Douma said.

"That's good. And I'm sure one of my comrades is sure to finish this. I'm certain of it.", Kanae warmly smiled (not to Douma ofc).

"Whoa... What is this?", Douma looked at Kanae as he confusedly asked.

"Oh, what is it? What's wrong?", Kanae innocently replied.

"I don't have a heart anymore... but it feels like it's beating. Is this what people call love? You're cute, Kanae.", Douma said as he began to blush.

Kanae just innocently smiled at him.

"This feeling really exists, huh? So, do heaven and hell also exist? Hey, Kanae? Hey... Wanna go to hell together with me?", Douma proposed.

"After you, you worthless bastard!", Kanae beamed.

Inosuke stomped on Douma's remaining particles as he shouted, "That jerk was all talk! Waaahahaha!! We finished him off!! Victory is ours!! Wahahaha!", Before he fell down and panted heavily.

Kiyomi came to his side and calmed him down.

Inosuke looked down and started crying, surprising Kiyomi.

"I-.. Inosuke.. It's fine, I'm sure your mother is proud of you...", Kiyomi hugged him as he cried.

"Mother...", He muttered.

Meanwhile, Kanao and Shinobu tried to find their butterfly hairpins that they wore that fell off when they fought the ice dolls.

"Here they are, Kanao..", Shinobu said as she gave Kanao's hairpin to her.

"... I'm sorry..", Kanao slowly took her hairpin and hugged it before she looked down.

"For what?", Shinobu said.

"For not being able to cry at Kanae's funeral... I was also afraid if you were gonna criticize me for not crying, but you didn't..", Kanao started to cry as she hugged the butterfly hairpin that was from Kanae.

Shinobu looked at her in surprise and pity, "It's alright, it wasn't your fault.", Shinobu said as she hugged Kanao, who hugged back.

"You did well, Kanao and Shinobu..", Kanae's voice was heard as the two felt someone patting their heads.

Shinobu and Kanao looked at eachother before crying together.

Kiyomi's eyes widened when she saw Inosuke's mother smiling while patting Inosuke's head and Kanae patting Shinobu and Kanao's head.

She smiled, 'You can rest in peace now..'
