The boy next door
I've already moved on
He left his front door open
And his beer in the lawn
He comes over and we like to play
But not in the same way as all the others
We have our fun until the end of the day
And then he spends the night
And when night falls, we share the bed
And when the bed is shared, we have fun
We share the same head
A secret kept between best friends
A stronger bond formed from cutting off dead ends
Love me, you might. Think of me, you do
Why overthink what you want to do?
