Hell bound

Chapter 1

Jayden's P.O.V

"Why does your dad want you to keep going to riverdale high so bad..? I don't get it,"
Toni, my best friend, spoke, as she looked at me.

"Because.. like I've said before, my dumbass brother doesn't like to defend him self."
I'd let out a soft sigh.

"Well he should learn too, you shouldn't have to constantly defend him and watch over him the way you do!"
The male spoke from the side, my boyfriend, Sweet Pea. Even though I knew he was right, Jughead was my brother, and I can't just keep letting him get made fun of and not do anything about it.

"Yeah, well, he's my twin brother, Pea. ..Someone needs to watch over him to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid or get himself hurt.."

"But after all that happened last yea—"
Sweet Pea began again.

"That was last year.. this one will be different."
I interrupted him, glancing at him with an uncertain expression.

The next day

"..Shit—"
I mumbled under my breath, after catching a glimpse of the time.
..damn, I must've lost track of time while doing my makeup.
"I gotta go meet jug at the drive in... He wants to walk to school together and catch up a bit since we haven't really talked for a few weeks, other than quick texts checking up on each other."

"Okay be careful." My boyfriend said as I picked up my backpack. "Oh and don't forget this." he said as he slipped my switch blade into my back pocket.

"Thanks and I will." I said as I got on my tippy toes to kiss him. "I love you." I say as I go to walk out the door.
"Love you." He says before I walk out, putting in my earbuds.

At drive in

I get to the drive in and walk up to my brothers booth taking and earbud out and lowering my music so I could hear him. "Jug you in there?" I called to my brother as I knocked on the door.
"Yeah, one sec." He calls from the other side
"You ready to go?" I asked as he opened the door.
"Yep."

At the school

"And where back in hell." I say to jug as we walk up to the school.

"Yep." He sighs as we continue to walk. We walk into school and jug goes off to who knows where to write while I put both of my earbuds in, turn my music back up and head to my locker. On my way there I pass Reggie talking to Archie being a idiot as always.

After I was done at my locker I walked past Betty, Kevin and someone I didn't recognize. She must be the new girl. I thought to myself. if I wasn't with pea I would probably introduce myself because she was very pretty but I am and even though Betty and Kevin were my friends last year I hadn't talked to them since the end of last year, so I just keep walking to find my brother.

Once I found him in the gym sitting on his laptop in the top corner of the bleachers writing and I joined him taking one earbud out so we could talk, everyone else started to pile in for the assembly for Jason. I felt bad for Cheryl cause we were pretty close last year but we only texted a little over the summer mostly me just checking up on her to make sure she was okay because i couldn't imagine what I would do if I couldn't talk to my brother not just cause we were fighting, plus we were kinda in the same boat with the whole crappy relationships with our mothers thing.
