Breathing and tumblr is the only thing I've been doing since I came home Friday, thanks to being grounded. Which, I'm not complaining. This is what I'd be doing even if I weren't grounded. Mom didn't take away my phone nor laptop, all she did was send me to my room, my favorite place in the whole world. Oh, such a punishment. Lock me in my sanctuary with technology, it's truly horrible.

"Marcy?" I hear a knock on my door. Eric.

"Come in, I guess." I give him permission.

"Hey," he shuffles over to my bed with a bright smile on.

"Hi," I simply reply back, feeling awkward about the situation.

"How are you?" His hand finds my arm, slowly going up and down.

"Fine?" I kind of question it, quickly sitting up, moving away from his touch.

"Marcy, I'm worried about you, you been acting strange for the past two days."

I give him a weird look as I roll my eyes. "I've been acting weird? I've been acting weird because there is somebody out there that actually knows I exist and likes me. My bad for having a little fun, for the first time in forever. I'm so very sorry for actually breathing air, for having a little glimmer of what is called a 'life'. Kyle makes me feel like I'm the only girl in the world. He pays attention to me, fulfills my needs, and he makes me happy. Yes, happy. A feeling that I've never felt before." I push his hand from my arm, suddenly becoming angry at him.

"He fulfills your needs? What kinda needs do you have? Oh my God," he gasps, putting his hand back on my arm. "Did you two have sex? Unprotected sex?"

"No!" I squeal, embarrassed, covering my whole face with my hands. "No, no, no. We didn't have sex. I'm talking about, how he fulfills my loneliness, he's just as lonely as I am, and actually, I'm going over to his house in a couple of days, Friday, to be exact. And I'm having dinner with him and his parents."

"And how are you going to do that?" He raises an eyebrow at me.

"Eric, can you please cover for me on Friday? Just tell mom I'm asleep or something. Please, he really means something to me. I really like him. Please, Eric."

"Oh, alright. But if he tries anything, I swear he'll be a dead man."

My eyes go wide and my face turns into a bright red, remembering what he'd promised me. "Oh, thank you!" I excitingly jump on him, hugging him tightly. I kiss him on his cheek, briefly. "Thank you so much!" I remove my arms from his waist, quickly jumping up and down in excitement.

"Yeah, okay, you're welcome." He nods aond exits my room.

I squeal as I grab my phone, pulling up Kyle's name as my thumbs fly across the screen.

'This week seems to go by really slow, huh?'

I wait for a response, five seconds later, DING, my text sound.

'sooo long :('

I bite my lip, not sure what to text back.

'I already miss you so fucking much...'

DING!

'Same here, I can't stop thinking about you.'

'Really?'

DING!

'Duh. How could someone forget somebody like you? It simply cannot be done. You're beautiful and funny and ugh, everything.'

'Awww. :) I keep thinking about you too. I keep thinking about your bright blue gorgeous eyes, the way you sweep your long hair out of your eyes, everything about you is perfect.'
