"So, you really got all these bruises from falling off your ODM gear?" Hanji asks Nozomi for the upmeeth time.

"Yeah. I wasn't really paying attention as to where I was going."

"So, falling gave you fist shaped bruises? That's curious, I don't remember the ground having fists coming out from them."

Nozomi clicked her tongue. "There were rocks." She knew she sounded stupid but it was better than the truth.

"Ah, since there were fist shapes all around where you fell, it's safe to assume that there were feet shaped rocks there as well." Nozomi nodded her head. This all sounded so pathetic but she really didn't know what else to say. The injuries weren't very serious but they will still take time to heal. Only she knew how she dragged herself here, her ankle was sprained badly. 'Damn you Levi!'

"How did you feel Cadet? On your front or your back?"

"On the front."

Hanji nodded thoughtfully. "Then how do you have bruises on your back?"

Nozomi sighed. "You know what happened, don't you Hanji sa?"

Hanji's eyes widened and she took a couple of steps backward with her hands in front of her in a protective stance. She let out a nervous laugh. "Of Course, I don't. If I knew, why would I be asking you?"

"Will I be fine till the expedition?"

"Oh-oh, yeah-yeah, you will be completely fine till then. There is no way you will miss that. What will we even do without you, Cadet."

"Who else saw it, Hanji sa?" Hanji's eyes widened again and she shook her head furiously.

"Phew. You are a terrible liar."

"Fine, Erwin and me. We both only saw it."

"And you didn't think that maybe you should help your favorite Cadet."

"Aha....that." Hanji rubbed the back of her neck. "That was because we didn't want to disturb your intense session."

It was Nozomi's turn to become flustered. "Intense session? What are you implying, Hanji sa?"

Hanji fixed her classes and crossed her hands in front of her. "Let me see. You both looked like two lovers who just had a huge argument. Now how can we come in between." She shook her head. "That would have been mannerless of us."

Nozomi's eyes widened more. 'What on earth is Hanji saying? We basically thrashed each other. It was fine till her titan obsession but this....this is just very beyond my understanding. Lovers fighting? What the hell?'

"Aa Hanji, I think a more appropriate term to describe our fight will be- two old enemies fighting to death, rather than lovers who had an argument."

"Most of the great love stories start from deep enmity only."

"You seem to be speaking from experience."

Hanji's face turned deep crimson as she fumbled with her words. "I---. That came out wrong. I---"

Nozomi sighed. "Can you please leave for me to rest, Hanji sa?"

"Oh, of course. You need to rest. Rest a lot. I will come back during dinner, with your dinner and change your tressing."

Hanji came out of the room and gently closed the door. She made her way to the dining area, fumbling with her hands. She made herself a cup of tea and sat down to drink it. Before she took take the sip of the tea, a voice came from behind her. "Are you the one that fixes everyone?" She yelped and quickly got up, making her chair fall down. There, Levi was standing clutching his left elbow. He looked as beaten up as Nozomi.
