I smashed two training robots together with my wings. I then smashed another one with my tail.
"Yo, Rex!" My buddy Alan shouted. "You just beat your personal record!"
I grinned and smashed another one.
"Kaminari, Kaminari!" I heard my friends chanting. It was my last name.
I destroyed five more before the rest abruptly shut off. I looked to see a pale, black haired woman in high heels walking towards me.
"What the hell was that about?" I asked, flaring my wings.
"Rex Kaminari, I have some bad news." She said, adjusting her glasses.
"What is it?" I groaned. I could hear several of my friends muttering.
"Your parents were attacked while on their vacation in Japan." She said. I looked at her a bit surprised. "Your father was killed almost instantly and your mother is in critical condition. We are transferring you over to Japan to go live with your aunt and attend UA high school."
I was speechless. No way. No way in hell that my dad was dead, that my mom was severely injured.
