Autumn went upstairs to her room and shortly after came her mom. She knocked on the door and Autumn said "Go away." As always her mom just walked right into her room. She saw her daughter Autumn on her bed with her face tucked into the pillow. "Honey, you have to talk to me." "I don't want to talk to you"Autumn said. "It'll help our relationship". Her mom said. So finally she broke out into tears, she started mumbling things. "This is good we're getting some where, just speak up." Said her mother. Autumn wiped her eyes and said "I feel useless, I mean I basically am. I am gonna die soon and nothing can stop that from happening. " Amy said, "I know sweetie. I wish I could help." The more they talked the more they opened up to eachother.

The next couple of days, she did her normal routine. She went to school and hung out with her friends and did everything to feel alive and free before her so to be called "due date". Only a couple of her close friends know and they're trying to keep calm so they don't scare her but they're scared for her and they're afraid to lose her. She didn't want to tell her boyfriend, cause she was afraid of losing him. But somehow it got to him.
Autumn' s point of view

Adam (my bf) came up to me when I was getting my books out of my locker. "Why didn't you tell me?" Adam said. I answered by saying "Please, don't Adam." "What the hell Autumn, what am I supposed to do".... by the tone of his voice I could tell he was pissed. "I 'm sorry Adam I -I... I was scared of losing you, Adam I love you and me telling you, would break your heart." "Well Autumn, he said . "I love you just as much but I would've prefered you tell me instead of Riley." She replied back, "I know Adam, can we just drop this?" I asked him. He nods his head,"but you owe me." He said. I just looked at him with a look as if to say how.

Adam's point of view

I took Autumn' s hand, she asked where we were going and I said you'll see while leaving it at that with her suspicions. I blind folded her and took her outside she felt the breeze and said "Are we skipping school?" I answered by saying mabey. She said "com'n you know we cant skip school." "Oh com'n, it will be fun. Plus we only have last period left."
