//• Chapter 12: The Creation •//

Start from the beginning

"Then, who can?"

The black animatronic would've narrowed her eyes if her face wasn't permanent like it was. The only one she knew who could enter the faster time-pace, was none other than ...

"Golden Freddy." Her voice was low though, as if she didn't want anyone but them to hear that.

The three animatronics were dumbfounded, Freddy tilting his head slightly. "Golden Freddy? As in ... My older brother?"

She nodded, the lighting of the room making her eyes seem as if they were half-lidded. "Yes. Him."

"Bu', why 'im?" Foxy was the one questioning this time, making the tall-slender animatronic glance to him. However, she didn't reply, just stared blankly at the pirate, unamused.

Foxy, on the other hand, noticed something strange about Marionette's face, something truly confusing. Her doll-like face didn't look really friendly at that moment, it had small, razor-like teeth stretched along its forced smile.

Her eyes suddenly became way larger than usual, two large, white pupils stared lifelessly at him. This made the russet vulpine's eyes narrow, body tense as he let out a low growl, raising his hook. Both Freddy and Bonnie were confused of his behavior.

Before he could attack the female, the rabbit's voice made his now flattened ears perk up slightly.

"Foxy, that's Marionette you're showing the hook to."

This forced him to glance behind at the purple (?) animatronic, visible eye twitching.

"Don' ye see? Tha' be no Marionette, tha' be another  monster in disguise!" He hissed.

"What do you mean by monster?" The slender animatronic's peaceful murmur met with his ears, causing him to yet again look back to the creature, finding none other than the female, staring at him quizzically, Freddy having an eyebrow raised, making the fox realize his 'mistake'.

He let out a sheepish chuckle, scratching his forearm with the blunt side of his hook, nervousness visible from his tone.

"I-I'll go 'n look fer tha' Mangle." He muttered, before sliding out of the room.

Mangle's ears perked up as the fox walked over to the door. "But ... I'm right ..." Though ... Uhh ... he had left by then.

They sighed. "... Here."

Freddy blinked at the fox's response, the others being no less surprised. Perhaps if they had seen what he had seen, they wouldn't have been so confused.

----------

Everything went black, it felt as if the walls were closing in on her. She hadn't felt the blade's sharpness, it had taken her head off way too quickly. She wanted to know, why had they done that to her? Was it the punishment she truly deserved?

If only she knew, where she was right now, it'd be much easier.

She soon found herself face-to-face with Freddy, whose dulled blue eyes stared at her blankly. Though slightly unaligned, they still had a stern expression implanted onto them.

Letting out a few shaky breaths, she reached her arm out to place it on his shoulder, but he abruptly backed away, a sign that he had nothing to do with her.

He didn't say anything, just stared. His words from earlier bellowed in her head, often changing to screams. This forced her to blurt out a, "I'M SO-oRRY, OK!" However, her voice was shaky and she could hear it cracking.

'Really? But they still hate you.'

Her head was suddenly forced up, exposing her vision to the other two. They all stared at her, as if mocking at her struggle to keep up.

Before she could scream in her own agony, a hand was placed on her shoulder, making her body stiffen. After a moment, she glanced behind, meeting with the white pinpricks of a purple, shadowy figure, despite its eerie appearance, it still had a sympathetic glint in its eyes.

'This is just a dream. Wake up.'

Its voice was a mix of dark, and soothing. Who was it? She couldn't get the time to ask, as light soon entered into her eyes, causing her to look up. She was awake.

This was the third time she had that nightmare, in one day too. Was it the Marionette's doing? Or was it that ... Nightmarish version of herself? Whatever had caused it though, surely had terrified her.

Moments after trying to understand why she was going through such nightmares, she remembered Marionette's words. The slender animatronic had told her to apologize to ... hiM? Was it because she knew what the chicken suffered from? Or something else?

She stood up soon, shaking her head to get rid of the nauseousness she felt, slowly making her way towards the room's exit ...
