Our Almost Love Story
like an echo in the forest, when you shout as loud as you can, it will repeat your voice not only once nor twice. like your favorite music, you will still chose to listen it than the new trend. like your favorite hobby, you will keep on doing it than hanging out with friends to play what they like. like you, i will keep on choosing you as my favorite character in my story. you will be the main protagonist who will change the heartless antagonist—me. after your downfall, you will rise and take vengeance—fight your rights toward me. you will be the main persona on my poetry who will dance in the rhythm on my lines and sing the letters on my stanzas. you will be my favorite person whom i will always choose than the people who will approach me and ask me to do their deeds.
you and me are like sugar and spice that will create a perfect combination added with some ingredients in the main dish. you and me started to write the novel of our story. you wrote the first chapter on the first day you approached me, i wrote the second one on the second day i talked to you and we did that vice versa. yet, even we create an almost a love story, we can't change the fact that you and me have both lives to role. we can't be together because the novel we wrote will never end in happy ending for lovers but a happy ending for best friends.
