slowly tearing

pieces from within

barely cant breathe

my lungs

as though restricted

by an unknown force

can't resist

the pressure

haven't felt this

for so long

or should i say

can't feel anything at all

am i frozen

or have died

is this how it feels

to become numb

how would anyone know

the feeling

of not feeling at all?
