Andito nanaman ako sa paborito kong coffee shop, bumungad agad sa akin ang amoy ng kape at pastries.

"Welcome to pub's coffee shop!" bati naman ng isang matipunong lalaki, he's dressed in his uniform, a black shirt, black pants, and a tan apron. He's really pretty and breathtaking, but these words don't even do justice to his beauty. Grabe naman kasi biruin mo a 6 feet tall na kulot at singkit na mabango ang mag seserve ng order mo, plus points pa yung mga ngiti niya na nakakatunaw.

I smile back at him and go straight to the counter, "Iced Caffe Latte and Patty Melt" sabay naming sabi. I blushed really hard while he chuckles and smiles sweetly. After paying awkwardly, I go to my favorite spot and silently wait for him.

Pub's is my safe place sa magulo kong buhay, halos araw-araw ako nandito para lang matakasan lahat ng problema.

"Here's your Iced Caffe Latte and Patty Melt, enjoy" sabi ni kuya crush na barista tapos nag smile, syempre nag smile din ako at nag thank you. Partly ng reason kung bakit ako nandito ay dahil talaga sakanya at syempre tinatiming ko yung pag tambay ko sa oras ng shift niya para naman mabawasan ang stress ko sa buhay.

I grabbed my latte and sip a little, the taste of coffee and milk really perfectly fits together. Napansin ko ang papel na nasa tabi ng plate ko, I am now blushing really hard. Mukha na kong kamatis, well it's a note from kuya crush, "Eatwell pretty", gusto kong tumili pero nakakahiya. I look in his direction and saw his eyes already looking at me then he smiles and entertains the customer. I'm still confused about what is happening yet it feels right to be like these. I'm not scared but I'm nervous, nagbunga na ba ang lihim kong pagtingin?

That day he asked me out after his shift, I agreed, sino ba namang tatanggi? eh si kuya crush yon

That date was followed by another date, and another, I even lost count. "You don't need to count the time we go on dates, we will spend the rest of our days together" and that makes me flustered and the reason why I lost count. Nasasanay na ako sa madalas naming pagkikita, I'm afraid I will fall harder. Napapaisip narin kase ako kung ano ba kami, he wrote me "Eatwell pretty" every time I order, send me updates and good morning/night messages, we hang out almost 28/5, and he always hold my hand kahit pasmado ako. Kulang nalang ibigay niya sa akin ang balat ng chicken para masabi na mahal niya rin ako.

"Lauren you will have a date on Saturday with Diego's son, malapit narin naman kayong ikasal" tinignan ko lang ng masama si dad. I don't really like the idea of being in a rich family tapos ipapakasal ka sa business partner. Napaka old school nila, they can even merge the business without ruining our lives. Paano na kami ni Kiyo? "And don't you dare ditch him for that barista guy" napairap nalamang ako.

Time passed by so fast, it's Saturday morning already. After dad talked to me last time, pumunta agad ako sa Pub para hintayin si Kiyo but the manager said he resigned. I contacted him but out of coverage area, I even send a lot of text messages pero kahit isa wala man lang reply, ganito pala ang feeling ng maghost. Wala akong choice to go on my date today, if only Kiyo's here ididitch ko talaga yung anak ni Diego.

I wore my dress, put light make up and go straight to Mr. Diego's restaurant. Wala ng paalam kila dad, masyado akong nabwibwisit at nalulungkot sa mga nangyayare. I step out of the car, and my butler guides me to the entrance of the restaurant.

I sat to our reserved seat while waiting they gave an Iced Caffe Latte and Patty Melt with a note "Eatwell pretty"

As I look up I saw a familiar face and sat across my seat.

"Welcome to our restaurant pretty"
