Maybe it Isn't Such a Friendly Bean

3rd Person POV

   Shoto Todoroki was currently walking to his job, tired and just ready to get it over with.

   He had to get some sort of job, as his father had kicked him out of the house. He has just enough money left to rent a one bedroom apartment, but it would only last for a few months.

   As he unlocked he door to his job at the local coffee shop, he headed to the back and put his apron on.

   As he started walking back to the front, he heard the door bell jingle. 'Hm... someone's here early' he thought to himself. It was currently 4am.

   He looked up to see one of his regular customers.

   "Hey, welcome to The Friendly Bean, you're here earlier than usual", Shoto said, with a slightly confused expression. It wasn't that big of a deal but Denki Kaminari always seemed to come in at 6:42am sharp.

   "Ah.. yeah bro, just couldn't sleep last night so I came here as soon as possible. I was hoping you had something with a lot of caffeine in it...?", Denki said.

   He was obviously tired. The usually hyper and energetic teen had dark circles under each eye and was slumped over slightly, in a tired manner.

   "Sure. You want a hot or cold drink", Shoto asked, a little bit of worry evident in his voice. As he asked this the door was heard again.

   The both looked that way and saw another teen. She had bubblegum pink hair, darker skin, and bright yellow eyes. Wearing a blue and purple swirl-styled belly shirt; tight, ripped, blue jeans; and white tennis-shoes.

   "Hi boys! Good morning!!", Ashido Mina said energetically, with a smile on her face.

   "Oh, hello ma'am welcome to The Friendly Bean, and good morning to you too", Shoto replied in his normal monotone voice. Denki just stood there and looked at her for a couple seconds then stood up straight and rubbed his eyes, in hopes she wouldn't notice the painfully obvious exhaustion he was going through, and proceeded to say hi back.

   "Oh Sweetie... are you okay? You seem so tired." You could sense the pity from a mile away.

   She walked up to him and gave him a slight hug while Shoto just stands there slightly jeal- wait no... why would he be jealous? It's just a hug... between Denki and this other girl...

   She looked at the bi-colored boy and sensed the jealousy.

   "Awe, babe.." she took a arm away from Denki and motioned Shoto over, "You want a hug too?"

   He hesitated a bit, surprised from her request that sounded a bit like an order.

   He walked over and was taken aback when Denki grabbed him tiredly and rested his head on Shoto's chest, but he hugged them both either way.

   Denki was dozing off when Shoto spoke quietly, not trying to spook the other.

   "Hey.... want your coffee now?" Denki slowly lifted his head up from Shoto's chest, no one noticing Ashido taking pictures of the sweet moment.
