Chapter 14; Year 4

As I struggled to walk out of the bathroom in my heals Hermione and Ginny gasped

"Y/N You look like a goddess" Hemione complemented in her Periwinkle dress

"You look like a fairy" I giggled as Hermione spun around

"Now Krum and Harry must be waitig for you infront of the great hall, Meet me back here at 12:15 then we will floo to the burrow" Ginny reminded pushing us out the door

As me and Hermione walked to the great hall we saw Heather and Cedric, Henry and Katie Bell, William and Fleur Delacour and we finally get to the great hall

I scanned the area for Harry and suddnly see him talking with Ron and..

Cho Chang!?!?!

It seemed odd they were going together but I pushed all thoughts aside when I felt Harrys Gaze on me

"Wow, You look like a princess" He said all giddy at the bottom of the stairs earning an eyeroll from Ron

"Wow Y/N you look beautiful" Cho smiledas she linked arms with Ron, Such and odd couple

"You to Cho" I replied

"Hey you havent complimented me yet" Harry whined

"Well Harold, you look like a prince" I laughed

"Oh Mr. Potter and Mrs. Weasley please come with my the champions and their partners have to dance" Proffessor McGonnagall explained

"Professor you dont undr stand I cant walk in these heels let alone dance" I said panicing

"Well dont die" She said before running away

Harry and I made our way into the great hall armand arm as the music started playing

Harry and I tried to dance like the rest of the people but we couldnt

So we ended up laughing and falling allover the place while everyone watched

Other couples started todance so Harry and I went to find a table to sit at

We sat down at a table that consisted of Heather and Cedric, Hermione and Krum, Ron and Cho, and Will and Fleur

Itwas odd because I was friends with each of the champios dates and Ron was the only one not with a champion

For about an hour we allsat there starting odd conversations when the weird sisters arrived

Harry said he didnt like the noise so we went outside to go for a walk

It was cold outside and my dress was getting dirty as I dragged it on the ground

We mostly talked about christmas and how clearly he was supposed to talk during floo so he arrivedat home

"Y/N I really like you" Harry blurted suddenly "Since the beggining"

I looked at him with wide eyes for a moment

Harry liked me

It was taking me a moment for me to prosses the thought that my childhood crush had liked me all along

"And I like you too" I awnserd "Ive liked you since I meet you at Hagrids hut and we talked all night, you were the first person to undertsand me"

Then It happend, Harry swooped down
and we kissed

I kissed Harry

He pulled out smiling at my happy expression

"Ive wanted ot do that for a long time" He said pink faced

"And I did too" I awnserd

"Its cold do you you want to go inside?" He asked

"Sure I need to talk to Hermione" I said "We are Flooing home in about a half hour"

Harry and I walked back into the castle both of us much happier than before with smiles plastered onto our faces

"Next time teres a ball, puck up the courage and ask me before anyone else does" Hermione cryed and Harry and I stopped around the corner to listen

"Thats totally off the point" Ron awnsered breathlessly

"Maybe I actually wanted to go with you" Hermione yelled

"Well not everone got togo with who they wanted, Harry didnt get to go withCho did he" Ron repied

"What do you mean" Hermione asked with rage in her eyes

"Didnt you know Harry had said to Will he wanted to ask Cho when we were in a fight so I asked her first, so Harry had to ask Y/N because she was the only one without a date" Ron practicly screamed

I was the second choice

Im not mad that Harry and I admitted our feelings for eachother but im mad I was the second choice

Of course I was Cho is 10x more pretty, and althletic, shes just better

I looked at Harry in shock for a minute then ran past Hermione and Ron

I could hear Hermione yelling at Harry and Ron as I ran by and up the stairs to the dormitory

When I got there I saw Ginny sitting on my bed pacing my stuff for me

"Y/N Why are you crying" She said as I ran to my bed and pulled her into a hug

She silently rubbed my back and asked me several times if she could hex Harry

About 30 minutes later Hermione came into the dorm after scolding Harry and Ron for a long time

"Y/N We need to floo now" Hermione said "Change and then we will walk to Dumbledores office"

"Y/N you still have to come because we have two big suprises for you" Ginny said

I scilently got up and went to get changed, Hermione, Ginny and I then made our way through the dark halls seeing random couples snogging

I kissed Harry a mere 45 minutes ago

No one knows I kissed Harry yet, or at least no one has asked/ Brought it up

We made our way to Dumbledores office and found Harry, Ron, Fred, and George standing there ready to floo

"Y/N I can ex-" Harry started

"Save It or later Loverboy" Ginny finished

This was going to be a fun christmas.
