Daddies

Chapter 3

After Ashton said goodbye to his new friend they headed off home but Ashton started to get fussy.

"What's wrong Ashy?" Luke turned around in the passenger seat to look at his little boy crying in his car seat. Ashton rubbed his eyes tiredly but continued to cry.

"You want to take a nap when we get home?" Ashton nodded his head and sniffled. Luke turned around and grabbed Ashton's blue pacifier and stuck it in his mouth. Ashton sucked on it immediately, he then soon started to nod off. Calum looked in the rear mirror to see Ashton sound asleep which caused him to smile brightly.

Once they were parked in their drive way Calum grabbed the diaper bag and Luke picked up the small boy making him stir in his sleep.

"D-daddy" Luke looked at the small boy to see his eyes half way opened lazily. Luke cooed at the little boy and smiled.

"It's okay baby, go back to sleep" Ashton nodded his eyes and shut his eyes falling back asleep. Luke brought Ashton inside and into the nursery. Luke change the boy into a new diaper and his mutant ninja turtles pajamas. Luke plopped the pacifier back into his mouth and tucked him into his crib. Luke made sure the baby monitor was on and then headed to his room.

Luke changed into sweats and a hoodie and laid next to Calum and smiled lazily. Calum kissed his boyfriend and then went to use the bathroom. Luke heard a ding and saw t came from Calum's phone. Luke looked at the text tears immediately starting to fall.

Hey babe, last night was really good, can't wait for it again daddy ❤️

Calum then came out and his smile dropped when he saw Luke crying. Luke threw Calum's phone at the wall and stood up quickly. Calum looked shocked at the way Luke was acting.

"What's wr-"

"How could you!?! How could you cheat on me!?! How dare you!? Why the hell would you do that when we're raising a child together!?!" Luke didn't even let Calum said a word and continued.

"Pack your shit and get the fuck out" Luke ran into the nursery with Calum hot on his heals. He managed to close and lock the door before Calum got in. Luke slid down the door and let the tears fall. Calum banged on the door roughly making Ashton wake up and start crying. Calum tried to bust the door down with his shoulder. Luke pushed Ashton's dresser in front of the door.

Luke grabbed Ashton his diaper bag and Ashton's blanket. Luke wrapped Ashton in the blanket and pulled him into his chest and started climbing out the window. Luke climbed down the ladder and ran to one of the cars specifically his. Luke quickly buckled Ashton up and drove off. Luke grabbed his phone and called Michael putting him on speaker.

"M-Mikey can Ashton and I stay at y-your place for a little bit?" Luke's voice cracked as he talked to his best friend.

"Uh yeah sure, is everything okay?"

"No I will e-explain once I get there" Luke hung up and heard Ashton crying uncontrollably. He sighed and once they arrived he took the crying baby out of the car and rushed into Mikey's house. Celeste answered the door and saw how sad Luke looked so she took Ashton while Luke rushed to Michael.
Luke fell into Michael's arms and sobbed into his chest. Michael hugged his best friend trying to calm him down.

Celeste put Ashton's pacifier in his mouth and rocked him back and forth. Ashton's tried to fight the sleep knowing that his daddy was upset.

"Go to sleep sweetheart, your daddy is okay" Ashton couldn't fight no longer and let his eyes close sending him into a peaceful slumber.
