My class teacher gave me an assignment to research on Magical Creatures. On the other hand, I thought that there is no such thing as Magic. I just believed in studying. And I thought the teacher has planned the assignment for fun.
On the way home I asked Riley if she too believed in magic.
'Do you believe in magic?' I asked
'Of course I do!" She said 'In fact who doesn't believe in magic!'.
"Me" I said.
"You but why?" she asked.
"Well I always believe in studies and my goal, no time to waste".
"Cherry this time you are wrong , I mean have you ever put magic in your imagination?" asked Riley.
"No I mean why should I imagine something that isn't real?" I asked.
"Sometimes you don't always need to put real things in your imagination only".
"Whatever!!"
I walked with her till I reached my home and just before I could go home she said...
"Just remember Magic is different".
"What do you mean?" I asked
"You'll find out soon" said Riley.
The thought of what Riley had said about magic kept popping as much as I tried to close it.
When I reached home Snowy (My cat) came running and placed it's paws on my legs and tried climbing over them as usual.
I picked her up and took her in my room. I played with her for sometime. But I was still wondering about what Riley said to me.
I went to my sister's room and while talking She said...
"I heard that you got an assignment about Magical Creatures"
"Yes" I said
"Well I wish I got that assignment. It'd be a dream".
"You too believe in magic!?"
"Yes why?" she asked
"Nothing" I said quickly
(Me and my sister go to the same school)
At dinner I ate my food quickly and carried Snowy to my room.
After a while there was a knock on the door of my room.
"Come in"
And it was my sister...
"You said you wanted to tell me something" said Lena
"Yes" I said
"What is it?"
"I just don't believe in Magic. I mean why should I believe in
something that doesn't exist!?" I said.
"But you don't need to do it" said Lena.
"Because when you really think of something from your heart then only can you imagine it, the same thing's with Magic!"
"Just think of it and it will come in your dreams".
I still thought she was joking...
"Whatever we'll see!" I said
She only smiled
Because she knew that I got a very small but strong feeling about Magic. And it was coming unknowingly...
I still didn't care...
"Goodnight sis!"
"Goodnight Cherry"
And I went to sleep...
