I put my phone on my desk and went back to eating " 'You know it'" I mocked and J gasp and laughed "What maybe I missed him gahhh." She pouted and Ennoshita just looked at us, smiling.

" What happened? They are not coming?" he asked and I shook my head " no and she's being a simp" I said pointing my chopsticks at her smiling. "Hoe not simp they're different." She corrected me happily. I rolled my eyes and leaned back in my chair " Whatever dude" I said finishing my lunch.

" I gotta go meet Tanaka, have fun with Yuki- who is walking over" I said and got up, walking past Yuki and waving at her " bye Yuki" I said in a high pitched voice, to which she scoffed and ignored me.

I waited at the lockers, leaning against them, I smiled and I saw him walking down the hall. I pushed off them and met him, he smiled at me and rested his hands on my waist " Hi" he said and I smiled " Hey, how was extra work?" I asked, wrapping my arms around his neck.

" Eh- i snuck out so I didn't finish" he said and he gently kissed my forehead " This is better anyway" I laughed and shook my head " Well try to finish your work so you won't have to miss another lunch, and did you know J's a hoe?" I said and he laughed, leaning his head back.

" What?" he asked and I snickered " for Noya" I corrected and he shook his head " I figured, should have seen how happy he was while texting her" he said and pulled me closer. " Oh yeah? How happy were you?" I whispered, leaning in closer to him.

My chest was pressed on his now, our lips inches apart, " Maybe I'll show you" he whispered, his voice making my heart jump. I was about to close the distance between us when the sound of the bell ringing nearly gave me a heart attack. I pulled back and laughed nervously, covering my blush with my hands.

" I'll see you - uh - later" I said before quickly walking past him, mentally hitting myself for not kissing him. I walked back into class with my head hung low in defeat. I slumped back in my chair and covered my face with my hands.

J pulled her chair around to face her desk, she laughed a bit and pulled my hands from my face " What happened?" she teased and I glared at her "Oh don't give me those eyes." She teased. "There's always next time!" She patted my shoulder.
