Andy's pov

"No buts, Sam! I don't want to talk! Nothing went down between me and Thomas! Can't you just leave it alone?!" I yelled at Sam before slamming the door in his face.

"Andrea! Open this damn door!" Sam yelled as he started banging on the door again. I walked over to my stereo and started blasting Shout At The Devil by Motley Crue.

I sat down I the floor as tears slipped down my face. Why can't I get over you?!

"Why?!" I screamed as I slammed my fists against the wall. I pressed my back against the wall and slid down it. I rested my head on my knees and hugged my legs closer to myself.

"I have to get out of here," I muttered to myself and stood up. I walked over to my dresser and grabbed my shoulder purse slipping my phone, keys, earphones, and wallet inside. I considered shutting off my stereo but figured if it's on, they'll think I'm still here. I walked over to my window and opened it, knowing that the jump down wasn't that bad. Once I was out, I started walking towards the park. It had a beautiful view of the lake and I loved going there to think.

I finally got to the park and I saw couples walking around. I found my favorite bench and I sat down pulling my knees up to my chest, and rested my head on them. This was my favorite bench because it had a perfect view of the lake, and at a distance you could see a small island. It seemed isolated but some days I could see what seemed like a person on the other side.

"I love you," I heard a girl say and she giggled as the guy with her pulled her closer and whispered something in her ear.

I rolled my eyes and looked back to the lake as they walked past me. As I looked at the lake I got lost in thought and was soon thinking back to last summer.

Step one you say we need to talk. He walks, you say sit down it's just a talk. I was brought out of my thoughts as Annie's ringtone started playing. I pulled out my phone and rejected the call. I checked the time and saw I had been at the park for two hours.

My phone beeped and I looked down to see a new text from Sam, Andy where are you? I locked my phone and another call came in, this time from Sam. I rejected the call and he left a voicemail.

My mind wondered once more as I got a few more calls from Annie and Sam, and I thought of answering the, but then just put my phone on silent and stuck it in my bag.

If you ever need anything call me, I got you, I thought of Daniel and the last time we talked. It was at the beginning of the school year, back when he found me leaving a bar with a random man, drunk. He lectured me since Sam wasn't there to do so and then said if I ever need someone to talk to, or just break from life, I could call him and he's let me stay with him for as long as I needed.

Well I need a break, I thought to myself as I grabbed my phone and pulled up his contact, ignoring all the missed calls and texts. "Daniel?" I asked the moment he picked up. "I need some help..."

(A/N) Samuel Torn on the side.
