Draco's POV

After several hours, we were finally home. I took Amelie up to her room, Hazel not far behind.

I placed her in her crib, it was covered in fake flowers and vines. Kissing her forehead, I turned around. Hazel was stood at the door smiling as I made my way over to her.

She sighed as I wrapped my arms around her, bringing her into a tight embrace.

"We did it.." She sighed.

"We did." I smiled, pulling away and kissing her.

"Not in front of our child." She placed a finger on my lips, shutting the door.

"I know I haven't said this as much as I should've..I love you so so much Hazel Malfoy." I smiled, cupping her face and softly kissing her lips.

"I love you too Draco Malfoy." She giggled fiddling with my hair.

"Don't mess with the hair." I glared at her, pulling her by the hand towards our bedroom.

"Careful, I can't run yet." She pulled me back a bit as I slowed my pace.

Reaching the door, she stopped.

I turned around to look at her before opening it.

"I can't have sex with you yet, Draco." She said, looking to the floor, embarrassed.

"I know..I'm not bringing you here to have sex, Hazel." I smiled, leading her inside.

She frowned, following me.

I opened the door to the bathroom in our bedroom. I'd set up candles and rose petals.

She stared in awe at the scenery.

"May I?" I asked, tugging at her shirt.

"You may." She smiled, lifting up her arms so I could pull it off.

I carefully undressed her and helped her into the tub.

"Are you not gonna join me?" She looked up at me.

"No, you need the space." I knelt behind her, squirting some pomegranate shampoo into my hands.

I massaged it into her hair as she tilted her head back.

"Thank you.." She whispered.

"Don't thank me, you brought me a daughter into this world, I owe you everything." I smiled, leaning over her and kissing her forehead.

I reached for a cup that was sitting on the side of the tub, scooping up some of the soapy water and pouring it over her hair, rinsing out the shampoo.

After shampooing and conditioning her hair, I grabbed a brush and started gently brushing her hair. I stood up, drying my hands with a towel as I turned back to her, she was asleep. She looked so peaceful.

I suddenly remembered Amelie, it was too quiet. She hadn't cried in a while. I went to leave when I stopped at the doorway. Hazel was asleep, what if she slipped underwater? Or tried to get out and fell? Shit. I opened the door, scanning the halls for a house elf. Aha.

"Hey, come here!" I whistled at it, beckoning it to come closer.

"Stand at this door, I will be 2 minutes. Don't look in or shut the door. Just listen in case she shouts or you hear any movement. If you do, come get me. Got it?"

The elf nodded.

I darted down the halls, finally reaching Amelie's room. Opening the door, I saw her with a blanket over her face.

"SHIT" I ran over, quickly pulling it off her.

I picked her up, rocking her around in my arms trying to wake her up.

She started crying as a wave of relief rushed through my body.

"Shhh..it's okay, daddy's got you." I cradled her, making my way back to the bathroom.

As I reached the door, the elf was still there.

"Everything alright?" I asked, slowing my pace.

"Yes, sir. I didn't hear or see anything." The elf nodded.

"Go." I commanded, walking past it and into the bedroom.

I made my way into the bathroom, expecting to see Hazel in the tub.

She wasn't there.

"H-Hazel?" I asked, spinning around with Amelie in my arms.

"Boo!" She laughed, hugging me from behind.

"Wha- You-.." I tried to catch my breath.

"I heard what you said to the house elf, I wanted to scare you" She giggled.

"Is my baby girl okay?" She smiled, kissing Amelie on the cheek.

"Indeed she is." I smiled back at her.

"Now, I'm going to get dressed." She stood on her tip toes, kissing my cheek.

I smirked, pulling down the towel she had wrapped around her.

"Hey!" She went to kneel down, realising it was harder than she thought.

I laughed.

"Would you like me to get that for you, darling?" I smirked.

She looked up at me, a mischievous smile growing on her face.

"No, thank you." She turned around and walked out of the bathroom, my eyes immediately drawn to every inch of her.
