Jealousy- A Marichat story

Chapter 1.

It was monday.
Marinette stayed up all night doing Homework and designing since she didn't have time all day. Marinette woke up in the bed with her normal clothes still on but she remembered as if she was on her chair.
She brushed it off and started getting ready.
-Marinette! Are you awake yet? You're gonna be late to school!
-Tikki, how much is it the time?
-Uhh... its 8:54 Marinette you're gonna be late again!
She started getting ready

She was already ready so she let Tikki fly in her purse and ran to school.
Luckily she made it in time.
-Just in time, Marinette. Please take your seat.
Said Ms.Bustier in a sweet tone.
-What's your excuse this time?
Said the blogger.
-Ugh, slept in.

After school was over Marinette went home just to be greeted by a stray cat.
-Hey Marinette! Did you know you look cute when you sleep?
-huh-?
-Chat! You were the one who put me tho bed last night?!
-Awh Princess is that a little blush on your face?
-You wish
-Why were you here anyway?
-I couldn't sleep and i saw that you have your lights on

And so weeks went by with Chat visiting Marinette and rumours spreading around.
The rumours?
Girls started to say they were dating Chat Noir in particular one Girl who did it the most.
Adrien was annoyed by the False rumours.
The girl who always said it had a voice too smiliar to Marinettes and Adrien didn't quite like it.

,,Take a look at my boyfriend!,, The sentence that could've been heard every day by several girls every day.
Marinette noticed it but knew none of them were true, she also noticed that Adrien noticed the girls who were saying it so she decided to do it aswell.
She didn't think chat would mind since they have been hanging out for awhile now.

* The next day*
-Take a look at my boyfriend!
Said Mari proudly when she saw Adrien walk in then showed her lockscreen.
Adrien thought its the other annoying girl and just rolled his eyes.
But Marinette didn't care she continued.
-Boyfriend?!
Asked some.
-He's the only one i got!
-Not much of a boyfriend...
Murmured Adrien under his breath but it didn't go unnoticed.
-You never seem to get along...
Another comment from Adrien.
Another unnoticed sentence.
Another stray tear from Marinette's bluebell eyes.
Another gasp.
-Dude are you jealous of Marinette' boyfriend?!
Asked Nino
-Mar- MARINETTE!
The sentence was too late.
Marinette already ran away.
Shes already in her room crying onto her pillow.
-Marinette please don't cry,Adrien surely didn't mean it that way...and if you keep crying you will get akumatised!
-You're right, i shouldn't cry.
Adrien knew he shouldn't disturb her right now not as Adrien nor as Chat.

*Next Day*
Marinette thought she was gonna get made fun of but instead everyone acted like nothing happened.
Why?
Because Adrien explained it to them and after a lot of fangirling they understood.

*After school*
Marinette made it home and when she thought she was alone she started sketching some designs.
A warm breath hugged her neck.
-Watcha doin there, Princess?
She didn't trust herself with words at the moment but chat could tell by the blush spreading across her face.
-A little birdie told me you told people i'm your boyfriend, is that true princess?
-Me? Pff never.
She tried to brush it off.
-Hmm whats that then?
He asked pointing at her phone wallpaper.
-Okay fine i did, what now?
-And why's that purrrincess? Do you want me as your Boyfriend?
She just giggled at his pun
-Is that a yes?
-No!
-Then?
Chat was leaning against her table while marinette was sitting in her chair.
-Theres this boy i- you probably know by now but theres this boy i liked for awhile now and i tried to make him jealous but it backfired...
-Using me? So you must idolize me then, is that right purrincess?
-No, just everyone was spreading rumours like that about you and since we were hanging out for awhile i thought you wouldn't mind...
-If im already involved may i know who that is, purrincess?
Marinette giggled at the funny nickname she got.
-What! Do you not like my puns?! I think they are rather pawsome!
Said chat pouting.
Marinette just giggled again.
-Meowch! That wound me princess!
He just dramatically fell on her bed.
-Are you not gonna help your Knight shining Armor?
He then just brushed it off and sat on her bed.
-But seriosly may i know who that is?
-It's...
