Heading into town, Alec passed by the bakery, seeing Nochi at the till. Walking through the door, he smiled and waved to the man behind the till.
"Hello, Nochi, i'm going out into the forest, is that alright?"
"Of course, just be home by dark, okay?"
"I will, don't worry."
As Alec headed into the forest his hands started glowing a soft ,white light. He looked at his hands in surprise, not knowing what was going on. He shook his hands violently, making the glowing even worse.
Running farther into the forest....he noticed as he got closer to the center of it, the brighter they shined.
Faster and faster he ran....running until he suddenly stopped, looking at his hands as they started to change slowly......
Turning from normal human hands, to claws.....
He cried out in pain as the rest of his body started to change, growing wings on his back, horns on his head and sharp teeth...
After his body was done transforming he fell to the ground on his knees, panting and shaking, looking at his hands in fear.
After walking in the forest for a couple hours
As he walked through the forest he came to an opening, in the middle was a grand oak tree and surrounding it a huge pond. Walking closer he saw his reflection....looking into the water terrified
While wondering around the pond a strange creature appears from behind the trees, seeing the creature in the reflection behind him he quickly turned around
"Who are you?!"
The creature just stared, looking into his purple eyes, slowly starting to move closer to Alec
He started to slowly move a little back, sweating a little
"Answer me!!"
The creature stopped walking and just stood there, slowly opening its mouth to speak
"I am Nimph, the Protector of Souls, and you are Alec, correct?"
He just stared at the creature, shocked that it could speak, he opened his mouth
"C-correct, but how do you know my name? A-and how are you speaking? And the ""Protector of Souls?""What is that?"
Nimph slowly started to change ,purple clouds surrounding him as his lavender scales turn more to a human appearance, ,except with wings, horns, and the sharp teeth. He slowly walked to him and walked around him, looking at his wings and horns.
He stood there, his mouth open slightly, watching as he walks around him
"S-so, can I ask some questions now?"
"Of course! Ask away!" The dragon said excitedly, not seeing anybody in the forest for a very long time
"H-how do you know who I am?"
"That's easy! You live in town, I see you all the time when i'm out, that and your Nochi-San's younger brother!"
"O-oh, okay, second question. What is the Protector of Souls?"
