''Is that so? Then you don't need to book for me. Ako na bahala Kuya. You can go.'' She said bubbly trying to push me away.

''Tsh. I don't trust you.'' I answered seriously without looking at her as I book a cab for her.

''Wow. Such a heartless!'' She scrunched up her nose crossing her arms.

For sure, she will go back inside if I let her. I know her.

Nakaramdam ako ng pagkainip ng makita ko na dalawang minuto pa bago makarating ang pinakamalapit na cab.

I keep on glancing to the convenient store na di kalayuan sa kinatatayuan namin ni Maggie. I am so itchy to go inside but I can't leave Maggie here.

''Take her home safely. Don't dare to touch her even the strands of her hair. Or else, I'll kill you.'' I leaned on the back seat door to see the middle aged man driver, giving him a serious warning.

''Kuya!'' Maggie stops me.

''Call me as you arrived home.'' I demanded and closed the door immediately.

I am not comfortable to let her ride a cab at this hour but I have no choice. I am so desperate to look for Brina.

I walked briskily to the store as I closed the car's door, Maggie looks confused but choose to stay still until the car left. I quickly glance around as I reached the establishment to check for her but she left with no trace.
