"Do you even see the distance between us? Our lifestyle is different from each other. It is I, Ningguang, the most powerful person in Liyue whereas Beidou or you, who is relatively low on the social totem as a pirate but revered as a cult icon."

Ningguang, a strong and affluent woman, and Beidou, a wild and rebellious captain, resided in the city of Liyue. Two are adored as Liyue's icons since they will never be able to avoid colliding with one another. Their peculiar connection is seen as contentious since the two are known to be diametrically opposed or, to put it another way, adversaries. Because Ningguang is essentially the law, and Beidou is the one who is breaking the laws. Basically, the captain is breaking the law on purpose in order to spend time with the Tianquan in her famed Jade Chamber, which, to be honest, entertains her in some way. She learned that having Beidou in the same room with her might be both an annoyance and a distraction.

Ningguang, Liyue Qixing's Tianquan and the CEO of her favorite jewelry company. She manages to keep her firm afloat and has been dubbed the city's richest lady. People admired her jewels and the way she deals with them, despite her stiff and sassy demeanor at times. Despite being the most successful lady in the city, one woman, The Crux, headed by Captain Beidou, might be the source of her soiled dignity. Beidou, on the other hand, has done all the dirty job, such as smuggling illicit products and amassing hundreds of valuables on her ship, which obviously pays her well, but the city and its name are being dubbed "notorious" since reports suggest that the exported commodities originated there. Ningguang, as Tianquan and CEO, disapproves of this and has warned Beidou to stop smearing a lovely city, but she refuses to listen despite receiving several punishments. She believes Beidou is Liyue's black sheep, but she can't seem to stop her from doing her own thing.

The distance which separates them apart obviously shows that they're living quite a parallel life at one another.

Their heads seemed to be occupied by each other every moment they met paths. Most importantly, when Beidou first saw Ningguang, she thought it was the first time she'd ever seen something so enthralling that she couldn't take her gaze away from it. With no words flowing out of her lovely lips, her world appeared to slow down. From afar, admiring Ningguang astounded her so greatly that her surroundings sped up strangely, yet the lady moved gently and elegantly. The only thing she could hear was her heart thumping against her ribs, desperate to get away.

"A pleasure to meet the richest and most beautiful lady in Teyvat."

And that's how their story began.

Though Ningguang, at first, isn't interested in something called love.

"I should warn you, it wouldn't be too easy to persuade a lady like me."

But she thought wrong.

"Ningguang,

your beauty is like no other,

as pretty as the stars under glistening

skies, it's no wonder.

I fell for you grace, I fell for your

personality,

How your smile brightens up my day

entirely."

They weren't aware that a simple poem would mark the beginning of their relationship.

Though it doesn't mean that they have a perfect relationship.

It was indeed beautiful yet intoxicating at the same time.

"I will never regret the day or say I wish I'd never met you. Because once upon a time, you were exactly what I needed."

Beidou, on the other hand, has never stopped loving Ningguang and is trying all she can to convince her to return. Ningguang, on the other hand, continues to deny that she has affections, despite her desire to be with Beidou. Beidou recognizes that she has a hard time expressing her thoughts and being loving, so he lets time pass.

Their hearts saying that distance and time is worth the wait.

Will they ever be together again?
