So, this book is a mix of the nether's child and and a head cannon I saw which belongs to resonating-kitty on tumbler.
The nether's Child is the idea that there are keepers for certain things, including dimensions. The head cannon is that mumza is a goddess and phil is her angel. I will incorporate both head cannons in this book.
This book takes place during the exile arc so tommy never died. (I am in the first phase of grieving, and refuse to swallow this new information)
