"They left us!"the elves yelled.
"They were kidnapped!"the centaurs disagreed.
"Where's Aslan? He should be here for us!" The fauns cut in.
"It's starting to snow again , and the nights have gotten longer than the days" mr. beaver reminded.
Tumnus watched as all the memories in the castle faded away and all that's left is misery.
He heard so much yelling and disagreeing it made his head split.
He couldn't take it anymore. His heart ached for the missing kings and queens but this wasn't helping.
The whole room was loud and distraught.
Suddenly a loud roar filled the room and it went dead silent instantly.
Everyone turned to see Aslan walking in with a saddened look.
No one said a word. They laid at his word for comfort or knowledge.
"I've heard about the siblings, and I know you're all hurting but as all thing in life , this will be solved in time" Aslan says in a calming and supportive voice , Almost fatherly.
"But how do we know if they aren't hurt or need us?" Mrs. Beaver asked in a wave of worry that almost every motherly person has.
"I'll look for them" Aslan comforted and nodded his head.
Even though Aslan's words made the room still , no one was fully comfortable.
Not long after that everything mellowed out and Aslan went to do as promised.
Everyone had left and gone home.
Aslan went to go but was stopped in the castle opening.
The wind and the blueish light reflected of the snow and onto Aslan's face.
He heard footsteps and he knew who they were from.
"Do you promise you'll find them...find her?" Tumnus asked in a broken voice.
"I can't promise anything" Aslan says as he turns his head to look to Tumnus.
Tumnus's eyes were swollen and puffy from tears and his face was red from the cold.
"You took care of them , I know this must be awful for you" Aslan says as Tumnus walks forward to him.
"I want to come with you" Tumnus whispered as looked too his hooves.
"It might be dangerous where I'm going"Aslan warned as he looked to Tumnus.
"I'll follow you every step of the way"Tumnus promises. Neither of their gazes showed regret or fear as the cold wind blew.
A promise was made that day at the palace.
A promise between a lion and a faun.

FanficSo I made a fanfic in the past about Tumnus and I really dislike it and honestly think I can do better now but I make no promises that this will be astronomical. What happened when the siblings left? Who looked for them , who was hurt the most and h...
