Flowers always seem so happy. They always brighten up the room. That's why my parents called me Flower. But I feel like that disappeared when rogues killed my parents. They said run but I couldn't do anything, I was only five at the time. It was like watching a snake death roll a mice and squeeze the living life out of the poor thing, no matter how much the mice struggles to get out.
Once my parents died, my pack, 'The ridehole Pack' decided that I wasn't good enough so they kicked me out and that's when I became a rogue myself. I am known to be one of them. One of those rogues that killed my parents. It felt even worse because my Uncle was the Alpha of the pack. But they didn't call me flower for no reason.
Becoming a rogue helped me a lot. It made me find out who my true self is. I switched to my wolf four years ago. My wolf, Clash, she has helped from the beginning and until the end. When my parents died I was a scared, little girl that couldn't help her own parents from getting attacked. Eleven years later I turned sixteen. I changed a lot. I gave myself a disguise name, I am now Josie. I started training myself as I progressed through multiple challenges against rogues and hunters.
Two years ago I found my new home. I call it 'el Cove'. It means my cave, I didn't know what it actually meant I just sounded smart at that point of time. My cave was cozy. I found a village not long ago and it obviously got attacked by either a pack or rogues and I found different types of blankets and pillows.
I also attend highschool, but I have to but on a potion to make sure I don't let anyone know I am a rogues. I go to the local school known as 'Ridge high'. You guessed it, it is the school where the fake person is head of the school, but yet this school is full of humans and wolves. You have got most of the teachers wolves and most of the students humans. Many of the wolves among the school have found their mates. I have been longing to find a mate. Those stories that you hear about mates, I have been wishing to have that fairytale for as long as I can remember.
I turned to look at my mirror one last time. I think this is the best outfit I could match up out of the limited clothes I have. I stood with a black shorts that isn't to low but reached to my upper thigh. Matching with the shorts I wore a light grey shirt that was a low cut but pinned it together with a hummingbird pin to make sure I don't get in trouble. Today is pretty hot but if it gets chilly I packed a black denim jacket. And to top it off with my signature red beanie and my black converse.
I swiftly passed all the student to avoid getting crushed. Putting my headphones in my ears, the music decided to drown out the talking in the hall way. I walked into my English class and gave a nod to the teacher. Didn't really know his name. To be honest I didn't know any teachers name. If I give them a Mrs. or Mr., they are satisfied.
I dropped my bag at my desk at the back to avoid everyone. I set down my phone and looked out the window. I can't wait to go do physical things. I have a hobbie, and that hobbie is basketball. I love basketball, playing it, watching it, you name it. I will be talking to you for hours.
English passed by really quickly, and I was walking out back into the hallway. As my fingers wrapped around the doorknob of the entrance of the pool and the auditorium, the wave of a sensational smell came across my nose, it smelled like Coconuts and lavender. I paused my music and turned around.
It was empty. I was confused, and pushed the door open. That smell came through again, and it was like the world stopped. I looked up and saw him.
"Mate"
