The other day I received an official-looking letter from a local law firm's office. But the letter was not from them. They added a small note explaining that they only forwarded it to me at the request of Jones & Jones, Solicitors, London.

I was slightly surprised as I opened the outer envelope and found their explaining note. I never get letters. No one does nowadays. Everything comes by email. I know, because I am trying to make it in the harsh and unforgiving world of Internet communication. I am working hard to gain some experience in the sector and start up my own business in the field some day. This will be my ticket to getting back the family fortune.

Now I open the inner envelope. What do they want from me? I can't recall having anything to do with the United Kingdom, except that some far relations of mine live there.

That's because I am number seven in the line of succession for the throne of the Kingdom of Malbonia. Which is also why they call me Princess since I was a child. And our family always had some strategic marriages with English nobility. I might have some uncle or other there I have never heard of.

Unfortunately, my dear late father had expensive tastes. Mostly in high class female company, but also in gambling. And while being a compulsive gambler, he was not a competent one. Leaving me with no family fortune and the distasteful necessity to actually work for a living as a consequence.

"Internet communication" is a field of commerce that is rapidly developing. I am working hard to understand the newest trends. I put in a lot of effort and hours into pleasing clients in my line of work. Clients seem to notice said effort, so interest in my services is growing nicely.

As is my income. I am following the advice to always pay myself first and save a growing percentage of my income as to build the capital to my startup later.

So, what did that letter say?

First they offered me their sincere condolences. My uncle Lord Edgar Coxbury, whom I have never heard of before, passed away last week, they say. They need to meet me to discuss a small legacy of around 77 bitcoins he left to me in his testament. And the conditions attached to that legacy,

I have no idea about bitcoins and what they are worth. Checking, I find...

Wow.

Yes. I certainly will be interested to discuss that matter with them. I note the time and place. They will use the local law firm that forwarded the letter to me. I phone that firm and tell them that yes, I will be sure to show up on time for the interview.
