Inclination - Lucius Love Story

Hogsmeade encounters

I was awoken by rapid knocking on my door. I checked the time and it read 8am. 'Shit.'I must of slept through my alarm. I quickly threw on a pair of jeans and low cut top.  I waved my wand and my hair and makeup was done immediately. I checked myself quickly in the mirror. Before I hurried towards the door, stumbling as I went.

"Draco"I smiled trying to catch my breath after rushing. "Breakfast" he questioned. "I think I'll put this book back in the library and join you downstairs soon"I said closing the door behind me.
"Okay Thalia, don't be long"Draco said walking down the cold marble stairs.

I made my way back towards the library. I checked each side and couldn't see anyone. I was glad because I didn't want to speak to Lucius at the present Time as he was acting very strange.  I placed the potions book to where Lucius had picked it up from and then started to skim across different spines of books in a different section, when I stopped at one particular one which caught my attention. It was a rather Explicit book. 'This is interesting.' I hummed to myself.
Why did Lucius have such books in his library I laughed. I started to read the back seeing if it could give me an insight as to what it was fully about.

"I didn't take you as one for That sort of book" A voice stung behind me."Oh Merlin" I jumped dropping the book."I - Uh when did you get here" I chuckled quietly "now"Lucius Growled. "I was just looking" I let out a laugh nervously, and avoided eye contact as all costs."Look at me" Lucius said gripping my chin towards him with his cane.
I gulped as I looked into his grey eyes. Lucius dropped his gaze to the top I was wearing his eyes lingering at my cleavage for a couple of seconds. His eyes then shot back up and a smirk played across his lips.

"Did you uh- want anything Mr Malfoy" I said taking a step back from him."Not anything in particular" He growled taking a step closer. "I- I must be going now"I managed to spit out.

I quickly paced towards the entrance of the library glancing back to see Lucius watching me while holding the Explicit book in his hand, Which I had dropped when he startled me.

I ran down the stairs and into the drawing room, to be greeted by Draco. "Took you long enough Thalia"he murmured. "Yeah sorry"I said slightly out of breath. "You look like you've seen a ghost, what happened"He questioned with a concerned tone."Nothing Draco, I'm fine"I said trying to force a laugh. "So what are we doing today"I asked.
"Well I thought we could apparate to Hogsmeade?"Draco told me."Yes that sounds like a plan" I said relieved I didn't have to stay in the manor any longer than I wanted.But I suddenly heard sounds of a cane bashing onto the hard floor.

Why was he everywhere I went!

"Draco"
"Miss Avery" Lucius said flicking my last name of his tongue as he swiftly took a seat. "Mr Malfoy"I responded taking a pastie and taking an aggressive bite out of it.

Lucius watched me and I finished off the food I was eating. I stood up and grabbed Draco by the arm dragging him out of the room.

"What the hell thalia"He said pulling his arm out of my grip. "Your father is being rather odd"I responded looking back into the room. "Uh don't worry about him Thalia, he has always been odd" Draco sneered. "Are you sure Draco, he's acting strange" I responded. "Yes I'm sure. Now shall we apparate to hogsmeade" He announced.
"Have you got everything you need" he questioned opening the front door. "Yes, yes I do"

I followed Draco out of the manor and grabbed onto his arm and felt it twist away from me so I redoubled my grip. Everything went black and we was pressed very hard from all different directions, it felt like iron bands tightening around my chest as my ear drums where being pushed deep into my skull.
Suddenly we appeared just outside hogsmeade.

"Doesn't it look beautiful at Christmas" I gaped looking around. "It does" Draco replied walking forwards.

We were greeted by little thatched cottages and shops which were all covered in a layer of crisp white snow ; there were holly wreaths on each door and strings on enchanted candles hanging from trees which lined the entrance.

"So do you need to buy any presents" I questioned gazing inside the shops windows."Yes. I will meet you back here in 1 hour" Draco told me."Okay" I smiled walking away.

I only really needed to get a Christmas presents for Draco as he is my only really close friend and I don't bother buying gifts for people I aren't really close to. I decided to get him a scarf seen as he doesn't own one.
I headed on down to a place called Gladdrags Wizardwear. This would be the perfect place to buy him the present.

I stolled into the shop and was greeted by an old looking woman."Good morning dear" she spoke walking towards the counter. "Hello"I smiled softly.
"Now what can I do for you" "I would like to purchase a scarf one preferably with the colour green and white in, like a Slytherin scarf" I exclaimed taking a glance around the shop.

The woman hummed tracing over different pieces of clothing.

"Ah" she stated taking a scarf and handing it towards me.
It was a woven dark green scarf with flecks of white covering the material. The scarf had a richly texture and it is lightweight, airy and warm which was perfect for cold days. The lofty yarn filled the open work of the lace pattern creating a woven appearance. "This is perfect, I will take it"I jumped excitedly. "6 galleons please" the women spoke.

I handed her the money and placed it inside a bag. I still had some time left so I decided on a little walk around the village. It was a perfect day, there was snow sprinkling in the air and a band of Goblin wizards playing trumpets. What could be better then that.

"Miss Avery"a sudden voice erupted from behind me. I quickly turned around jumped at the sight of Mr Malfoy glaring at me. "Mr Malfoy what are you doing here" I gasped."Just. walking. Why else would I be here" Lucius replied gripping his cane. "Well It kind of seems like your following me" I announced walking past him. "How dare you accuse me of that" Lucius snapped."Woah okay" I put my hands up in defence as Lucius took a step towards me and gripped my chin tightly while clenching his jaw tightly.
"Father what are you doing" Draco suddenly shouted. "Nothing of you concern. Draco" he growled letting me go and striding past us with a huff. "See weird" I exclaimed poking Draco in the shoulder.

"What was he doing to you Thalia" Draco asked guiding me towards the centre of Hogsmeade. "I accused him of following me and he got a bit mad" I said giving out a small laugh. "Well you got him mad all right"
"Anyway butterbeer?" He questioned."Of course" I smiled.

Me and Draco finished our butter beers and had a long chat which we haven't done in a long time. It was nearly dark by the time we had finished so we made our way outside to apparate back to the manor. I kept thinking about Mr Malfoy and why he was in hogsmeade. I mean he wouldn't follow me. Right?
