The love you read about
sudden, a rush of passion
a red rose sweeps you off your feet

But love can be different
not always textbook
A murmur of reassurance,
on your hardest days

Love you can find is sweet,
gentle, soft kisses, silent whispers
It can mean knowing, that you will
always have a person to hold you tight

Love
The slow growth of new trees
blossoming into something beautiful
something more than you

At the end of the night,
a warm embrace greets me
and I know that I have
really found love with you

When loving you
know that
If you had all the time in the
world, it would be yours

I would give you all
The stars in the night sky
For long I will love you
From day to darkness

In my eyes you are perfect
Shining like the glint of
Silver wrapped ruby rings

The sky, the wind, the earth
The sun and the moon
The serene presence of you
The ethereal world we create together

Together, the Symphony
Of two souls
Destined for love
