"Hey! Papa! What are you doing??" A young child said as she went tippy toes to watch what the older mad was doing. The man just smiled down at her and lifted her up, "It's a little Project I've been working on."

The little girl tilted her head slightly looking down at her father's work desk, on the desk she saw a blueprint of another robot, similar like Rock but with many other details. "Who is he Papa?" The little girl asked.

The old man smiled as he set her down on his chair while going back to his work, "I'm pretty sure you noticed the resemblance to Rock." The little girl just stared at how her father explained on what he intended to do with said robot.

"I know I won't live long, but I want to create as many things are needed to help this robot for his journey in the future. I just hope that he never has to use the weapons or upgrades I'm leaving behind..." The old man said as he frowned slightly, the little girl just nodded and gave him a bright smile.

"Don't worry Papa! Even if things don't go the correct way, there is still hope!" The man just stared at the little girl, a small spark of hope glimmered on his eyes as an idea popped into his mind. He then laughed and ruffled the little girl's hair, messing it up slightly.

"You are correct my little sunflower, which is why you will help him when I no longer can. Just like how you did with Rock and Roll, just promise me that you will be a good girl, and do your best to help others." The (h/c) haired girl smiled sadly and nodded.

"Yes!".

Such bittersweet memories where all the girl could dream of, just as her father had stated before.

He wouldn't live long.

Which is why on last moment before having his daughter in a capsule designed specifically for her, he added some final touches to the robot he had been working on for such a long time and named him X.

Dr. Light made sure to leave X in another capsule and securing it before sitting on his work desk, the man smiled sadly as he layed himself on the desk drifting off to an eternal slumber.

One he would never wake up from.

The lab Light had built to secure X and his daughter was built underground with enough resources for it to function under any given circumstances, it was also built with a highly secured room.

In which (Y/n) lays unconscious, the girl was never Dr. Light's biological daughter. As a matter of fact the girl was somewhat adopted by the professor, due to him finding her all alone in the streets with zero to no help.

At the moment he had taken her in, he had recently finished creating Rock and Roll. Almost instantly both robots and the girl made a strong connection with each other making them almost inseparable.

That was until the moment Dr. Light had to deactivate both robots to prevent anything worse to happen to them, since they were considered a 'Threat'. Hearing and seeing what had happen to both the human girls' robot friends saddened her greatly.

Dr. Light decided to show her how he created robots and how to create or locate the materials she will need, it started of small, but the girl got the hang of it. She felt a ease when she was with her father, and she loved him dearly.

She was only 15 at the time she was put in the capsule that was designed for her, Dr. Light found it better having someone young and smart to stand alongside X when he was not around. Which is why he did his best to create a capsule that could maintain and protect the human girl from any dangers.
