"I don't feel at home." she says as the sly touch of her dark shaded hair brushed against her rough skin, all the thoughts came rushing back down. The thoughts of  melancholy, loss and fear rushed upon her, grasping onto the unknown depths of her mind, bringing back all the memories as if they were a movie displayed in front of her. Everything is starting to feel numb again, she is starting to go back to the way she used to be, but as the vibrations of the phone goes off, as she hears the distorting sound of the notification pop up, all her stresses come to a pause. She feels at home even while being trapped in a place she would never be able to call home. But they don't get that. "get off that gosh dang phone for once" they say, "you never socialise with us anymore" they say, "you're obssessed, this is why your room is a mess!" They say, oh but only if they were to take a real look. The phone which is so called to act like a devil in her life is the one thing that can make her smile at her lowest point because as that notification pops up, as their name gets displayed on her screen, everything calms down. All the hatred and dread she ever feels comes to a stop and for once she can say "I feel at home."
