Magic Land

          Hi! I am here in giant clouds and big mansions in the wonderful Magic land. I'm Hailey, the panda by the way. I came here a long, long, long time ago when I used to be just another normal animal living in China. You have to be picked to come up here because you must have magic. Exactly the kind of magic you would read about in books. We fly, turn invisible, teleport, and much more. If you don't' understand, I will tell you an exciting story about how life came to be here. 

        So one day, I was just snoozing very lightly when suddenly I feel a sort of tingling in my body. I feel like I have butterflies in my stomach, even though I'm not nervous or scared. "Very strange," I had thought to myself. Then, what first seems like a giant hole comes out of nowhere. But when I get closer, I find out it looks more like a portal you see in movies. It's big, swirly, and rainbow, which is weird. Later, I found out that a rainbow is the symbol of magic. Weird, huh?

      Back to the story. Ok, so then, A DOG and a CAT came out and said something really strange about me being chosen or something. But I wasn't really paying attention, I was just noticing how the cat and dog were wearing clothes! What was even stranger was how the dog wasn't chasing the cat. I mean, weren't dogs supposed to chase cats?

      Then the dog said, " We would love to have you at M-land. That's the nickname for the special place. We all have magic in our blood, even you." that snapped me back into reality. Me? Having magic? Woah, that was definitely way cooler than eating and resting all day for all my life. 

      Actually, life was actually pretty peaceful here, but maybe they could train me to use my magic in cool ways. A few years ago, there had been some incidents near my panda cage. That's right, I used to live in a zoo. I used to call the incidents "not my problem", but maybe they were. Maybe these strange animals could teach me to control my "so-called magic".

     I of course said, "Yes! I would love to go with you!" I thought of course magic would be SO cool. And it is cool.
