Back again, thought Aki, slightly skipping her step while transferring back to Karasuno High. As she went, she thought of all that happened the few months without Tobio. Everyone she had ever loved died in a car crash, and the will her parents left behind the house they had already paid off, and enough money for expenses for the rest of the year if she used it right, which she did.
She only bought what was necessary for school and to eat. She barely splurged, and was thinking about getting a job. She lived alone, but was a responsible and quiet girl, so she didn't say to others what had happened.
Even before they died, she was always the quiet one, with the silent voice that everyone would ignore, and she didn't mind that. Since her parents died, she went to the closest school to her, Karasuno High.
The house her parents left behind was her old one near Tobio's. Before they died, they had just finished moving into their new house, which she didn't even know was happening until it was too late, and she couldn't say good-bye to her only, but best, friend Tobio. It's as if, without Tobio, her whole life turned upside-down.
She shaked herself out of those thoughts as a tear unconsciously rolled down her cheek, which she quickly wiped away and realized that she was at school already.
Wow, she thought, this place is huge!
