Dear Monty

As it mentions in the description, I got this idea from Ava-Kay , the ghost of you (newtmas story, newt+Thomas from maze runner. I recommend you read it.This obviously is going to be different I just got inspiration)

Here is the sequel-if you haven't already go read 'the kiss' it won't make sense otherwise,but if you decide not to here is a brief explanation

Monty and sebb wete best friends when younger-sharing a kiss on Christmas Day. They meet together at sitc-not by purpose. Monty gets invited to sebb's,when they get to talk,on his way out he meets nobody other than Katie Franklin herself. After getting close,he gets to join their friend group,monty and sebb get close.when Monty sees him kissing a girl he feels nothing other than a heartbreak,which he knows he shouldn't. When they kiss the same night-something happens- Monty wakes up in his bed. Sebb died 2 years ago,Monty opened a heartbreaking letter sebb has given before he passed and an engagement ring.

Sebb's Pov:
I blink a couple times,adjusting to the brightness around me. I seem to be in a house...? How on earth did I manage to get here? This house seems surprisingly familiar...

I walk to a room where a bright light is coming from,making my way past plastic vines hung on walls as well as plants, and LED lights.I finally got to the door,hearing a faint sob on the other side.

I twist the handle,walking straight in the room. When I walk in,seeing the figure on the bed, I finally realise what's happening.

Monty was crying on our bed,holding something that looked like a box in his hand. Cautiously,I walk towards him.
Finally getting close enough to look at his face,his eyes bright red and as puffy as a pillow,tear tracks down his face,hair messier than I've ever seen. In fact,I've never seen him like this. Surely he should be happy to see me again? But he hasn't even noticed I'm here...

I nudge his shoulder,trying to get him to notice me, when suddenly I feel myself drain?

Why doesn't he notice me! I'm right here! This is so frustrating!

I look at what he's holding,it was the engagement ring... a sparkly clear white crystal in the middle,standing out compared to the rest, three small black crystals on either side wrapped in a rose-gold metal-the base.I do feel bad,about everything I did. But I did it to save him,I don't know what I would've done if the positions were switched around...

I give him another nudge,just look at me!! I silently yell

I feel even more drained?

'It's me, sebby!'

And just like that,I disappeared.
