I Turned the wheel on my locker, 36,54,22, I herd it click and opened it, I was late for English and Ms. Sparks hates me already so I should get going. My name is Gabriella Montez, I am 17, a senior in East High, the school I've been attending since i could remember, the school which in exactly 4 months, 2 weeks, 5 days, i will be leaving. I walked over to english and snuck into my seat before the old witch could see me, "Ms. Montez" Busted, she turned around holding the chalk like a cigarette and moved her glasses down her nose "late again?" I looked down at my hands "sorry Ms. Sparks" her lips moved into a straight line "let this be the last time" I nodded and got my books out.
After that long never ending class I walked over to my locker when I felt someone link their arms with me "Hey Gabs" i giggled "Hey Shar" Sharpay Evans (Shar for short), my Bff and spirit guide (as she like to tell me), we've been friends since kindergarten, she was gorgeous with her blond hair and brown eyes and her amazing fashion sense. I felt someone else walk up besides my and link my other arm, Taylor McKessie, she is my other Bff, she is also Gorgeous with her dark skin and black hair and big brown eyes. "Hey Tay, you look dead" I giggled and she rolled her eyes "i am! how could i not be after having math last period with Mr. Tuson!" I nodded "I feel for you" we all walked over to my car, Tay and Shar were coming home with me. I got into the drivers seat and started the engine. I slowly pulled out of the parking lot and drove back home.
"Hey Mum" My mum looked up from the dishes "hey honey, hi sharpay, hi Taylor" i kissed y mum on the cheek "hi Mss. M" they both said at the same time "did they talk to you about the trip?" I looked up at my mum "what trip?" she pulled her washing gloves off "the senior trip" I shook my head "nope" she handed me a letter "well i talked to Lucile about it, they also got a letter" I took the paper and glanced over it quickly "they will probably talk about it tomorrow in tutor time" I walked up the stairs with Shar and Tay behind me "who is Lucile?" I closed my door "Boltons mum" they both sat on my bed "Troy? oh" I shrugged. Troy and I used to be really close when we were little, now? we just pretend the other one doesn't exist, and it's been great. "so where is the trip this year?" I looked at he paper "Italy" Sharpay squealed "OMG!" I laughed "we have to go shopping!" I rolled my eyes "Shar calm down" she looked at me "How can i be calm?! we are going to Italy!"
