Chapter 60 ~ Safety

Lloyd groaned and looked up seeing her on his back.

He then got on his hands and knees and pretended to be a horse.

She started squealing and laughing making the world brighten up.

He moved around and made horse noises before lifting her off and tickling her.

She squealed and laughed.

Lloyd then came to me and kissed me.

"We have some news Ali." I smiled at Lloyd.

She leaned in closer. I could tell she wanted to know more.

"Last night Dada took me to a very special place! He then asked me to marry him." I smiled at Lloyd.

A big smile crept across her face.

"Say yes!" She squealed.

"I did! I'm going to marry Dada!" I smiled.

She crawled into out arms and hugged us both.

"Daddy and Dada, are getting marry!" She squealed.

"Your going to be a bridesmaid!" Lloyd smiled.

"I've never been a bridesmaid!" She smiled.

~ A little while later ~

We had just finished breakfast and I was clearing away the plates.

"Shall we go to the park today? Just something to do." Lloyd smiled.

"Yeah sounds good, wanna go park Ali?" I asked her.

"Yes yes yes!" She smiled.

I picked her up and went to the front door.

I helped her with her shoes and picked her up again.

She then kissed me on the cheek.

I looked at her and she did it again.

I smiled at her as I did it as well.

Just then Lloyd came back and smiled at us.

We then all went out to the car and I buckled her in. Lloyd and I got in and we drove off.

I saw Ali sucking her thumb and giggling.

I nudged Lloyd and he looked in the mirror.

His eyes softened as he saw her giggling with joy.

"She really is the world." Lloyd smiled.

"Definitely." I smiled.

We then arrived at the park and we both got out.

I went to Ali and picked her up. She put her arms round my shoulders and I closed the door.

"Daddy, swings!" She bounced up and down.

"Come on Dada what you waiting for?" I playfully said to Lloyd.

He came over and we walked in the park. I placed Ali on her feet and she took my hand leading me over to the swings. I lifted her onto them and pushed her high.

Lloyd did it beside her and she was laughing and squealing.

We were having so much fun. I never could understand why a simple park made me so happy.
