"I don't feel good about what's happening, Hyo Jin."

"She will never do anything stupid, Auntie. Maybe she just needed time to be alone."

"She said she's not alone. She told me that she's with Tae Pyung." Mrs. Son poured her worries out. She has seen Eon Jin at her worst. That state of Eon Jin broke her heart into million little pieces. "It has been almost twenty four hours since I have last talked to her. Hyo Jin, please. Help me find her."

Old Mrs. Son was not in her usual cheerful self. Her eyes were full of fear. Hyo Jin knew that she needed to do something.

She dialled her phone while she earnestly prayed for Eon Jin to pick up her call.

But Eon Jin didn't. The network voiceover spoke in behalf of her. she's somewhere with no network connectivity. It was the right time to seek help from the cops.

"But it hasn't been forty eight hours since she has gone missing, Ma'am."

"Will this suffice for you to help us?"

Reading the contents of the piece of paper made the Chief of Police agree. In that very instant, he gathered and designated a special team to search for the missing Son Eon Jin. Wasted not a single minute, they flew as soon as the coordination with Namwon Police District prospered.

Hyo Jin squeezed Mrs. Son's hand as they both drove to where Eon Jin suspectedly was. All that they prayed for was for Eon Jin to be safe wherever she was.

They reached the place after a long six-hour drive. However, the weather wasn't cooperating. Rain began to pour really hard. Nevertheless, they jumped off the car with their rain coats on. The old Mrs. Son insisted to come with the search and rescue team despite their pleas for her not to join them.

Motherly love prevailed over anything else. Mrs. Son wanted to ensure that her daughter's in good state. She wouldn't feel at ease anyway to just sit and wait for everyone.

"Are you sure you can do this, Auntie? It's getting dark and the pouring rain is of no help."

"Let me be, Hyo Jin."

"What's that sound, love?" Tae Pyung stopped taking further steps. He paused and listened to the noise he was hearing and where did it come from.

It was from the loud noise of the siren which totally filled the entire National Park. The competition between the sound of the heavy rain and the cop's siren was very stiff. Eon Jin had an idea of what was it for. Thus, she immediately grab Tae Pyung by his wrist and started running.

"Shall we go down? I mean, it's been raining and staying up here is not a good idea." With right amount of force, Tae Pyung stood still which led Eon Jin to stop from running.

"Just run, will you? Follow my lead."

"But why are we running?"

"Just please, Tae Pyung, follow me and I'll take the lead."

"Eon Jin... I'm tired."

"This is not the perfect time to get tired, Tae Pyung."

"But I have gone through so much."

"Regardless. I have gone through so much too. And I will never let anyone take you away from me again."

"No one is taking me away from you, Eon Jin..." His words were daggers on her heart. She wished that he knew all her skirmishes while he was gone.
