If you're reading this, then you probably know I'm never on here anymore and that I haven't updated Jinx Not-So-Malfoy in years. If you're one of my OG fans, thank you for coming along for the ride. It was a good one. If you've somehow stumbled across Jinx Not-So-Malfoy in the future, I honestly don't know whether to thank you too or apologize. 

Jinx was something I started when I was only thirteen. It's hard to believe it's been about eight years, but here we are. I still love Jinx with all my heart. Her story is one that is goofy and ridiculous. At times, it made no sense whatsoever. How it ever became even slightly popular is beyond me. I was honestly a terrible writer back then. I suppose it was because it was fun. Jinx is a character that was based on the kind of person I wish I could be. She's random, loyal, smart, witty, and, above all else, brave.  I think I have spent the last eight years trying to be more like Jinx, and I think it's made me a better person. While Jinx was created to fit into the Harry Potter universe, I honestly think she's a character that could exist in her own universe someday - one with magic, of course. God forbid I ever write her into a place where she can't magically turn her hair pink. 

Maybe one day I'll give Jinx the story she deserves. Honestly, I'll probably finish off Jinx Not-So-Malfoy eventually. When that will be, I frankly don't know, but it would be more so for myself than anyone else. Although, I'm sure there are at least three people wondering what happens in the end. Currently, I lack the time for either. 

Until then, thank you to everyone who has read or will ever read Jinx Not-So-Malfoy. She will always be a part of me, and not a day will go by that I won't strive to be a little more like Jinx.
