Hey I'm Carla and I'm 19 years of age. I live in Australia. I heard of Wattpad from a friend and after checking it out, i found heaps of great stories. So i joined and decided to share some of my work with you guys. I've always loved the power of books and how they can take you from your boring world, make you forgot about your problems and your life and for a brief moment place you in someone else's world, in someone else's problems and worries. My favorite books are the Harry Potter series. They're just amazing. No other word comes to mind when i think of them. JK Rowling is a genius and if you haven't read them, i would definitely recommend you do. I promise you won't regret it:) I'm a proud Christian Assyrian.I love RnB and alternative rock. Some of my favorite artists include Jay Sean, Secondhand Serenade, Jack's Mannequin and Boys Like Girls. I love Lana Del Rey she's the best and her music gives me goose bumps!!! I also love writing, even though i never actually finished any of my works because for one reason or another they didn't turn out to be the way i imagined or intended. Don't get the wrong idea of me, if i post something here and it has enough readers, i will not disappoint and no matter how much it doesn't turn out like i wanted it to, i will finish it. That is my promise to you guys. I know that no piece of creative ever turns out perfect and i'll keep that in mind. If you guys ever want me to check any of your work, don't hesitate to message me and i will be sure to check it out. Overall i hope that i get some readers and i hope that you guys like my work. @janeganderson i totally understand where you're coming from and at the moment i am planning on finishing it but i just need time because i have work and uni to balance out with my social life and what not and i dont always have time to upload plus sometimes i get stuck and don't know where to go next. My life doesnt look that hectic but im doing a double degree and one of them is law so im always super busy but i try my best. I don't like rushing my work or my characters because they matter to me and i want to do right by them. I just take responsibility for the worlds i create and we writers are like some sorts of gods so i just want to be fair and just and that takes time. I completely get that this is a story on a website and may not matter to many people but to me it does and i want to get it right.

I am thinking about reading your story. The way you express yourself is good, however my only concern ... another story that is incomplete. Will you be finishing this story or is it going to be left as is? I really don't want to invest time if there are no plans of finishing it..

So I'm finally back and have finally uploaded a new chapter of the rejected mate. I know many of you have abandoned me and I don't blame you. I've explained my long absence but just in case for the ones that won't read my next chapter - after i finished school and took a break from everything, I sat down to write but whatever i wrote was turning out to be crap and if im being honest im not happy with my latest chapter but i think its just one of those times where you have to forge ahead and thats what I'm trying to do. So i hope you guys are still following me and reading my story, you mean so much to me and i don't want you guys to think i don't appreciate you because i do.
