Hello!
I’m Jamilla and yes, I like to write and yes, I like to read. Why else would I be here? There aren't any cookies. I love God, He's my hero! I’d like to say that I’m outgoing, friendly and pretty funny but you be the judge. I live in Guyana and yes, you have never heard of it.  

I reached 2000 votes the other day and I just wanted to thank all my fans and everyone who has thought enough of my works to comment and vote and all that good stuff. It is really very encouraging.  :)

I recently got this amazingly sweet review from Darlene Gibbs on my book The Killer In Room 212 :
"I have one word for this book.  Fanatastic!  I read the first chapter, which the competition requires only one chapter is to be read and I was hooked.  Normally, even when I read a book by a professional writer I find myself skipping past some of the description - it always sounds so long winded, dreary and irrelevant - but not Killer in room 212.  I drank down every description and thirst for more.  I felt like I was in the murderer's head and at the same time I felt like I was the victim.  How did she do that?  I don't know.  It was great and I thought to myself - this is a writer I can learn a few tricks from. It was well paced, good description, well written, and even though I'm more of a romance fanatic I would definitely buy this book,  I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend it to anyone for reading.
