Just over a year ago I took a very deep breath and gave up my full time post as an English teacher in order to focus on the first love of my life - writing. I now work as a professional freelance writer and editor and have ghost-written a vast number of articles in diverse genres, stories and one complete book.

However, what I really want is to write the kind of stories I enjoy reading myself and to reach as wide an audience as possible. The Apple Tree is just one of these stories; a fairly traditional romance in which the protagonists must undergo a series of challenges and a good deal of pain in order to reach a sufficient degree of enlightenment about themselves in order to achieve their goals.

I would love to receive feedback and welcome constructive criticism from readers as I have no other way of knowing whether I have sufficient talent to pursue my dreams and to bring the sort of pleasure to others which good writing has always brought to me.

Hello Peejay,
I'm thrilled you want to read The Apple Tree. At the moment it's only available at Amazon (http://amzn.com/B006MGDABW) because my publisher enrolled it onto Amazon's KDP programme - which meant withdrawing it from all other retail outlets. If you can't buy it from Amazon, it should be available again within the next couple of weeks from all usual ebook sellers.
If you have any difficulty finding it, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Thank you for your interest. Lyn.

My pleasure. I'm not sure if you saw my critique/comment, as when I checked again, I couldn't see it myself. I'm brand new to this site and still trying to find my way around it - probably doing everything wrong! Do let me know.
You have great talent and I'll happily read more of your work.
