My name is Jordan, but my friends call me Jo. To tell you a little about myself, I'm eighteen, and I've got a bitterly sarcastic sense of humor that most people don't get. My favorite color is blue, I like anything with sugar, chocolate, or a combination of the two in it, and I'm absolutely addicted to Dr. Pepper. I've loved reading all my life, and so telling stories of my own just stemmed naturally from that. I've been writing for almost as long as I've been reading, but it's grown into something more over the past five years. (That's when I gave up on my dreams of being an archaeologist and decided I'd write stories instead.) Ever since then, writing has become my passion. I love the moment when you have just the right words to say exactly what you mean. I love spending hours lost in my head figuring out a character or a plotline. I love sharing what I write and hearing what others think about it. So message me, comment, let me know what you think, because I'd love to hear it. (Even if you hate it and wish you could burn it.) (Which I don't recommend doing, because burning a computer seems difficult and expensive.) Also, I have to brag on my amazing critique partner, GrimReader, whose book Awake is going to be featured on Wattpad! If you haven't read it, you totally should (it's amazing.) (I mean that!).

@MelissaKimFernandes I'm so glad you liked it! I'm also surprised that you liked it from the beginning, because I have trouble with starting my novels. I'm hoping to finish this book this summer when I'm out of school, but I will be working forty hour weeks, so it will be slow going. With any luck, my schoolwork will lessen and I can turn back to Grigori before then. :)

@Bakchoi79 I actually was almost halfway done with the next chapter...and then my laptop died, and I managed to recover my files, but I am currently working off of my external harddrive on my sister's laptop and I haven't had much time to write because my senior year is killing me slowly and painfully. When my year slows down, finishing chapter forty-one is my priority.

@JoElizabeth - Wow! this is one of the few really good stories I've come across here. And you had me hooked from the first page! I couldn't stop reading till I reached the last chapter! So I'm saying this, I will definitely wait for however long it takes for you to finish this, I really hope you can get back as soon as you can! Cheers! :)

Ah, dearie, enjoy your senior year. We'll be here. Besides, you, me, and everyone in between know that brillance requires revision. Grigori has a long journey ahead, regardless, so enjoy the creative process. Write when you can. I don't think this character is abandoning you.

My dear, beloved, almost-certainly-angry fans, I am a terrible Wattpadder. I am so, truly, incredibly apologetic that it is now more than a month since I last updated. It's probably also been close to that since I have written, because your senior year is NOT as easy as everyone swears it is (especially when you have three AP classes and a college course, and your electives involve a significant amount of studying). As of this moment, I have less than four hundred words written of the next chapter of Grigori because I haven't even had time to open my Word documents between Calculus, Biology, English, and Economics homework, various extracurricular activities, college applications, campus visits, and attempting to make a long-distance relationship work. I promise you, fans who have not forsaken me, that I will upload as soon as I can write the next chapter, and I'll try to make it fantastic to make up for the long wait (though it'll probably be disappointing anyway...). I hope that you can find it in your hearts to forgive me. (And yes, this is a terribly dramatic, excuse-filled apology. It's the best I can do.) Love (if you can), Jo

The Wandering Tale is a great story, I'm going to fan you because I'm curious as to how you'll let it develope! It has such a great writing style, especially how you describe the love Grigori has for Marya, there was a part where I was blinking away more than a single a tear! Amazing work, keep it up!
